Just started back hanging after 3 months!

Due to some unfortunate life circumstances, I was unable to hang for nearly 3 months. That was three months of agony in my hands and wrists as I had 30-45 minute jelqing sessions during that period, as well as manual stretches.

I am typing this as I hang 3 kilos (6.6lb) from my dick for the second 20 minute session. After the first session, I felt like I had done enough, my penis felt longer and way more pliable, but my enthusiasm to get back into it purveyed me to do a second set.

I normally hang for 20-30 minutes with 5 minutes jelqing in between to restore blood flow and encourage my penis to take to it’s longer state in the hope of making the gains stick and encourage growth.

It’s so nice not having to do long jelqing sessions again! I encourage anyone doing manual exercises to switch to hanging as the main exercise with 5 minute jelqing/stretching sessions in between. It’s so much nicer than having to jelq and squeeze and far more effective.
