Looking around your website it appears you may suggest some things different then the standard hanging information.. Maybe doing other exercises with hanging (vac pumping) that most others would say stay away from.
Do you also have any advice/recommendations for people looking at hanging after they have fully depleted their newbie gains and done PE for a year or more?
If you have a solid year of training with our device and have plateaued, I would highly recommend you implement the Fulcrum and the Bundle. Both are excellent advanced exercises that allow you to target different areas of the penile anatomy without having to use heavier weights. These exercises will bring a new level of intensity and stress that’s very difficult to duplicate! We have some tutorial videos on our blog that were done by KingSnake on how to properly do these exercises. With the Bundle you want to be sure to start with no more than 1/2 turn and no more than 8 lbs. Of weight, and give yourself at least three weeks of training before you attempt to do a full 360* degree twist. This is a superior Tunica blaster! You’ll probably find that you won’t need to ever use more than 8 - 10 lbs of weight to get total fatigue.
I do not recommend guys who have less than six months of consistent, dedicated training to try these exercises. In other words no weekend warriors who occasionally do PE.
Pumping for 15 - 20 minutes after a hang / fulcrum / bundle session is definitely going to provide some eye popping results!
