LG Hanger, a new vacuum hanger

Yeah. It’d b great if baba, bigee and longerstretch compare their progress and gains with thexLG and previous PE methods and devices.


When conguering a golddigger you need a large bank account, when conquering a dickdigger you need a large tool. When conquering a woman you need a minimum of three things: money, class and yes: dick size. Good news are, you can actually improve in all these three aspects.

Well for me my busy life, lack of privacy and new needy girlfriend has made it really hard to stick to a consistent hanging routine, or at least not as structured as I would like. The LG is the best vacuum hanger I’ve ever had and I’ve had them all. I made over a 1.75 inch gain with the Max-Vac, lost 0.25-0.5 from a few years of absence and then reclaimed it this year with the LG. I did get a few blisters from not properly wrapping and getting too zealous. I’ve refined my wrapping technique (wrapping semi erect, using blue sheath of Max-Vac in placement of blue Coban tape, adding pressure to the tape, having a layer of toilet paper under the tape on my glans, and slowly increasing vacuum level before attaching weight) and time will tell how well it works out. I just started hanging again with the LG again last week but the results I’m getting in terms of fluid buildup and comfortableness seem promising.

I had a malehanger but I was getting horrible twisting with it that led to numbness. That was really scary because for about a month icouldn’t really feel anything. Switched to a bib hardcore but the numbness only mildly improved. Ibelieve the damage had already been done to the nerves and required time of to let them heal. I took some time off completely and just restarted. I decided to stick with the LG and not rush things.

Hello Foldus welcome. I do have some suggestions.

1. A sponge at the end of the dome. Every vacuum hanger I’ve used a porous sponge was used at the end. With the Max-Vac I cut a cosmetic sponge in half and TheGrip came built in with one. A sponge protects the users from the hole leading into the suction tube. Users skin can get sucked into the hole, especially if uncut or not taping, or can be subjected to higher pressure levels in a small area because of proximity to this hole. A sponge offers a soft surface for the glans and provides some pressure to the glans that helps with fluid build-up and blisters. Sponges are compressible and if there is slight pull-back, which there usually is just from attaching the weight, the sponge will decompress and still be putting some pressure against the glans. Especially the tip around the urethra where most blisters form.

2. Thin sheaths. Take a look at my thread in my signature on my Max-Vac setup. Max-Vac sheaths were thin and stretchy. Many users, me included started to use them on the shaft to protect against fluid-buildup that mostly occurred on the ventral side of the penis right below the glans. The sheaths attached to the hanger would wear out quicker and sometimes holes would form. What I did was then replace those with new ones and the ones that were stretched out or had a small hole in was used for my shaft. The sheaths that the LG Hanger comes with are top notch. My first sheath has yet to wear out because they are thick and durable. However, offering a thinner one for the shaft (perhaps made out of different material) might be a good idea and would further protect users from fluid-buildup that can lead into blisters. It would replace the need to wrap with the coban tape which I found a hassle and not as durable or as thick as I would like. Point being it didn’t perform as expected. The thin sheath works much better, grips to the outer sheath better to hold vacuum pressure better, is easier to use and doesn’t allow the skin to expand as much and at the same time the skin is not being exposed to as much vacuum. The only area that will “feel” the vacuum is the tip of the glans as seen in my pictures but if taped right that is eliminated as well. I never had a blister with this setup and I now tape with a layer of toilet paper between the glans and the tape. The toilet paper also prevents creases in the tape from digging into the glans when fluid-buildup does come, potentially cutting of circulation locally or being a perfect site for blisters to form. I apply some pressure when applying the tape to smush the glans down and prevent over-expansion which lets intracellular fluid be pulled out and form blisters or fluid-buildup. If done right full expansion in the dome is still achieved and no problems result.

I am wondering how comes you move from Bibs to vaccum? I know you dont even use 20 lb, so the LG for less than 20 or 24 lb seems to be in all ways better.

My whole dick stayed numb after a twisting injury with the malehanger. I found out what stillwantsmore did to Bib and switched to the Hardcore hanger and dialed on my attachment. While my numbness did improve it didn’t totally go away while continuing with the Hardcore. I experienced the same thing on a moderate clamping routine a few years back and sensitivity returned after stopping and time off. I don’t think my penis responds well to extended compression.

I got a new girlfriend and moved in with her so I don’t have much privacy to hang anymore. I can squeeze in an 30 to 60 min before work during the week. Set-up time and limiting sets to 20 min just takes way too long for me now and I’ve never had any sensitivity issues with vacuum hangers.

why didnt you just take long time off when having sensitivity and numbness issues ?

I see man you really like the vacuum hangers. It is a pitty you did such a great invesment with stuff like LG and now cant use it. why dont you just talk to your girl?

That is exactly what I’m working on. Been slowly introducing her to the idea of PE ever since we found diagrams on stretching and jelqing while browsing Sexual Reflexology by Mantak Chia at the bookstore.

I like the LG hanger better than any other device I have used so far.

The comfort is unmatched by any compression hanger. I don’t think it will hold as much weight as my bib hangers can but I am using it for up to 2 1/2 hours at a time. So far no blisters.

As far as which is better between the two types of hangers, it’s a personal choice. For me it’s the LG but if I go back to heavy weights I may switch back. I don’t see myself doing that.

I did take a 2 month break from hanging shortly after my last post here in this thread. I did not lose much and gained it back quickly. My stretched flaccid has grown 1/4 inch since returning to hanging and I have yet to measure BPEL.

My last BPEL increase was almost 1/4 inch (prior to my break) and I will be measuring at 1000 hours. I am currently at just over 400 hours with the lg but have also been uping the hours.

I don’t expect massive gains anymore but had I used the LG from the start I am pretty sure my gains would have at least matched the gains I made in my first couple of years.

To date I have gaineed 1.5 inches in BPEL but that last 1/4 to 3/8 the has been hard earned.

Correction to my last post. It was several months after my last post that I took my break. Mid 2014 I took off 2 months.

Did you try and gain with manuasl first of all bigee?

that thing you say about that you will go back to the bibs if you ever want to go back to higher weights is intereting. I thought once you stop gaining with a certain weight, trying to gain with the same or even less was impossible. I see you think that by applyong the same weight for longe rperiods of time one can achieve gains too, even by using less weight. I see the LG can hang up to 25 lb, have you ever reached that much weight with any hanger?

what is your opinion about decon breaks? And what about your girth experience?

I have never done manual only routines. My first routine was manual stretches (JP 90) and pumping. After almost a year I went to hanging with a captain’s wench and then eventually the bib starter.

I then upgraded to a bib hardcore and went up to 35 lbs for 20 minutes and dropped accordingly per set. I hung 37 lbs for about 7 minutes once….Once!

I have taken Decon breaks and if anything I believe mentally a break is needed to prevent complete mental burnout. People say no breaks with hanging but I don’t buy that completely. To many short breaks frequently seems worse to me than a long break once in a great while.

As far as not being able to gain after dropping weight, that is complete rubbish. I gained 1/4 inch of BPEL using only 9 pounds. Those sets where hour plus sets, some of them over 2 hours long. That was also after a break from hanging.

Not everything in the PE world of mythology holds true for everyone. Got Example I kept adding and adding weight but did not gain anything after 23 to 25 pounds however many others have.

I have never hung over 15 yet with my LG hanger. I would have to do it to know for sure that it could but so far I don’t feel the need.

As far as girth goes I started at 5.5 and have been up to 6.25 but generally I stay at 6 so I will call it 6.0

Girth for me (and most)is greatly effected by my eq and mine is closer to 6.25 in the mornings. I am a morning guy as far as the chubster is concerned.

So you mean once you reached 23pounds it didnt matter how much weight you added as you didnt gain by increasing weight, after 23 pounds the variable that matters to keep on gaining is hanging time and time per set. Is that correct?
Some people like Monty says that when stopping gaining from hanging, changing angles and adding time should be considered before adding weight.

I just ordered an LG, laptop and scheduled internet service (never had internet before lol). After 700 hours strapped into an extender I’ve decided to start off the new year with hanging and to a better life in general.

Whats the take on stretching after hanging. I’ve seen posts saying an ADS/extender/golf weights/ type of thing after your hanging is best as to “heal in an elongated state.” I read this on a lot of posts that were 10-12 years old and wondering if this tactic is still regarded as best.

From manual and pumping I went from 6 X 5.5 to 6 3/4 ×6.

I am now at 7 1/2 × 6-6.25.

As far as the weight I just went up and up after 25 and I stopped gaining. It was like my dong got stronger but not longer.

My EQ suffered a bit so I decided to try other options. I have never taken a decon break due to switching routines. I did so because it got monotonous and mentally I just wanted to stop.

I have read many of Monty’s posts here and on other forums and I think he offers great advice. I believe different are great. I have done a few angles but usually hang straight down along with manual stretching to the sides.

The biggest gains for me were pumping and manual but after time that stopped.I gain ed another half inch from the bib and then 1/4 since going to the LG hanger. I don’t think the bigger numbers mean better methods because gains get harder as we go along. I believe with either hanger I would have gained the same amount over time if I had used them from day 1 of my journey.
