Just like any piece of exercise equipment you purchase, you won’t get results unless you use it regularly. The optimal gain routine with the LG Hanger is twice a day for up to a full hour, one morning session and one afternoon or evening session. I recommend at least five days a week. You can train three on, one off, two on, one off. On off days work on erection quality. Achieving a full erection for a minimum of 20 minutes. You can include some jelqing. Advanced routines would throw in some clamp work for 3 five minute sessions.
Wearing an ADS in between hang sessions is very beneficial. It would provide 2 - 5 lbs. of traction to keep your penis stretched while recovering from the heavier weight hanging sessions with the LG Hanger.
