Up to 13 lbs now with the LG. Still not really reaching fatigue hanging this weight for an hour. EQ has also been very good. Should I just keep going up in weight or consider a deconditioning break? Been doing PE for about a year now. Started with JP90, then tried the BIB for a few months before switching to the LG for the past 5 months. Gains are minimal at best.

Hello Lg. I own the hanger however havent started using it regularly yet. Is there a real advantage to using an ADS? I have a setup that is workable, but is it worth the everyday hassle?

There seems to be a variety of opinions on fatigue and how to discern if you’ve reached it.
The most common misconception regarding fatigue is that it’s supposed to always accompany soreness….. not true. A good hang workout can result in soreness at times, but it’s not the only indicator of fatigue.
The best way to determine if you’ve reached fatigue is to visually and physically inspect your penis to see if it’s in a very loose and pliable state or condition. You should also find it difficult to achieve a full erection for up to a hour or more.

Going heavier in order to chase the soreness feeling isn’t always a prudent decision. Especially if you don’t have sufficient conditioning. It can result in a blister. I would recommend that you always follow your hang session with 5 -10 minutes of aggressive hand stretches, and wear a Girth Band to prevent retraction. I wear three Girth bands in succession after and intense hang session to keep my flaccid penis long and stretched in order to prevent retraction. I’ll do this for 2 - 3 hours. An ADS is another option after your hang session, but that just depends on what you plan on doing after your session.

Just like any piece of exercise equipment you purchase, you won’t get results unless you use it regularly. The optimal gain routine with the LG Hanger is twice a day for up to a full hour, one morning session and one afternoon or evening session. I recommend at least five days a week. You can train three on, one off, two on, one off. On off days work on erection quality. Achieving a full erection for a minimum of 20 minutes. You can include some jelqing. Advanced routines would throw in some clamp work for 3 five minute sessions.

Wearing an ADS in between hang sessions is very beneficial. It would provide 2 - 5 lbs. of traction to keep your penis stretched while recovering from the heavier weight hanging sessions with the LG Hanger.
Depending on your schedule you should do your best to be as committed as possible. Penis enlargement is not easy and fast as many have implied. It takes time and dedication! But if your serious about making an multi-inch gain then you will have to pay your dues!

Can you elaborate on what you mean by loose and pliable? Isn’t any non-erect penis by nature loose and pliable?

I wear an ADS after hang sessions for 1.5-2 hrs time permitting. The way I do it is simply by releasing the vacuum in the LG and then using a leg strap with bungee to attach to the LG.

You are correct…. a non-erect penis generally speaking is loose and pliable, but there should be a fairly dramatic difference in the physical appearance and state of your flaccid penis after a productive hang session. When I describe “loose & pliable” it means your flaccid is longer than normal, and you can stretch and bend beyond what you can typically can do prior to a weight hanging session with the LG Hanger. You should not be experiencing any retraction or “turtling”. Your penis should hang like an elephant trunk…. and as I previously mentioned it should be more difficult to achieve full 100% erect state.

Your implementation of the LG Hanger as an ADS is perfect after a heavy hang session is perfect…. Good work!

Soooooo, what’s the average hang time for fatigue, and maximum weight? I figured weak erections were signs for this, they always come back stronger anyway. The only time I have major problems is when I wear an extender all day.

Well I’m new to monkey monkeybars sleeves, the hard one, pinkish red is really tight, but still stretchy. It seems like its easier to hang heavier weight on. I’m thinking I do need a stronger vacuum. It does kind of slip sometimes. Possibly it’s because I didn’t shave well, or I think some lube or something from my constriction sleeve got in there. I’m just trying to find the best way to tighten the grip so I can do some fulcrums.

Confused. Per your instruction, we are supposed to follow a hang session with girth bands or an ADS to prevent turtling. Yet you just said we should not experience any retraction or turtling after a productive hang session. So if a productive hang session leads to a loose and pliable penis that does not turtle, why do you recommend we follow each session with girth bands or an ADS?

Yes… after a productive hang session you should experience a lose / pliable penis… more so than prior to a hang, I didn’t say your penis wouldn’t “turtle” after the session. Now while your penis is in this condition you want to keep it from retracting, or “turtling”. Just like a retainer is used after orthodontics… to keep teeth from moving back, so it is with the Girth Bands. They keep you flaccid long while recovering. Of course the ADS does the same but with 2 - 5 lbs of traction. It boils down to a preference. Many have very active lives and can’t wear an ADS after a session because they are moving around too vigorously. So the next best thing is the Girth Bands. I will typically wear three in succession after a heavy hang. One at the base, one above at mid-shaft and another below glans. I will wear them for 2 - 3 hours and then remove two and only keep one down at the base. I even sleep with one Girth Band on at the base. You’re training your penis to NOT turtle while it’s flaccid, So you’ll not only be a “grower”, you’ll also be a “shower” :)

So you haven’t been having any repercussions when wearing this at the base while sleep? How long have you been doing this? I’ve tried this before with Stealth Innerwear, it just felt a little weird afterwards. My unit was always extra hard, but in a detached state when I did this. What makes applying this to the base any different?

Blood blister

Hi, so I took 2 months off because I got a blood blister. The skin was lighter toned where the blister had been, but I figured it’s just scarring and I may as well accept it. Just a few sessions into hanging again I get a blister in the exact same spot. I’m only hanging 11 lbs at 30 min at a time at 5-7Hg. You can talk about too heavy too long or whatever, but why am I getting the blister in the exact same spot? You’d think it was healed after a full two months (or more even). I’m willing to let it heal for as long as it takes, but I really felt it was healed. Now a portion of the skin of the head is torn off again. I’m taping the head over the urethra cross wise and then around. Other than normal discoloration which normally disappears in a day there were no warning signs of the blister forming again, until I took the hanger off and noticed blood under the tape. I would use less weight but I don’t feel fatigued at any lower weight despite being new at this.
