lig diagrams?

is there or does anybody know where there is ***GOOD*** diagrams of the anatomy of the penis, (***especially the ligs!***) I think it will better help us understand what we are doing.

or better help me anyway.

it has a fair diagram of the ligs.

There’s also a live link in the links forum which covers anatomy other than ligs and has a good cross section.

I’ve seen better pictures but can’t locate them (not sure if they were here).

My experience is that you’ve asked a very good question. I,ve been hanging with the BIB for six months with no discernable increase in length, I had been doing exclusively BTC stretches, although I had not been hanging while fatigued. Goindeep corrected that item for me. At about the same time that Boxcar23 recommended OTL stretches I sat in a chair and did a straight out stretch, and while doing so felt around the base of my penis trying to locate the various ligaments and to my amazement( I’m obviously not too damned sharp) I found two very strong ligament bundles running down the side of the penis and attaching to the pubic area way back behind vthe root of the pnis(close to the anus)on both the left and right side. These can also be felt by hanging OTL. It’s my belief that these ligs( the suspensory ligs I believe ) weren’t getting stretched at all by the BTC stretch. What an eye opener. I couldn’t “see” this different attach point(s) by looking at the sketches. Try a straight out hang and you’ll see what I mean.

Finally! Somebody else has the same ligs I do. I always feel a stretch there and have never seen them in the sketches are noticed mention of them.

Of course those ligs are there. Try hanging over the side of each leg with a heating pad (covered with a dampened towel) on the side of the base. It gives a hell of a stretch and a particular feeling that I really like.

I have similar problems as you’s. I have been at it for a couple months with like no returns. If you look at this picture you see the suspensary ligs. they attach on the *SIDE*of the corpora. Maybe an angle of just slightly down and to one side and then to the other is what we are missing. I dont believe hanging BTC exclusively is the answer. Angles are more important then weight.

how valid do you think their claim is that they have unique lig structures? This seems kinda off, don’t you think? I mean it could be possible………

Why don’t you think they benefited from the BTC position assuming they put in their time…………?

Like Hairyguy was saying, I know you can’t predict growth, but CAN one predict the optimal hang anlge for an individual?

Mine don’t even when extended fully extend fully straight. So YES everybody’s body’s are different and require different angles to stretch the Ligs.

I agree with you everybody’s body is different.

But, to say that you have a unique lig structure with different attachment points than everybody else seems a little off. I’m not saying it’s not possible, it just seems far-fetched.

Perhaps, you have similar lig structures as others, just your ligs RESPOND differently than others.

Absolutely, the difference between individuals, the attachment points, strength of the lig bundles, even the consistancy or makeup of the connective tissues are going to be different from guy to guy.

Look at things like “double jointed” people who can bend any joint almost at any angle. Then look at the people who tear connective tissue with very little stress.

Some guys will no doubt benefit from stretching in different positions. To think that everyone would benefit most by BTC is silly. I do think most guys will have the quickest, easiest gains from BTC hanging, but certainly not all of them.

It simply depends upon which tissues provide the current most limiting factors. Several guys have talked about these ‘cords’ on the sides of their penis’. I have no experience with that, so cannot help them. I would assume OTL hanging would benefit however.

I do have these chords on either side of my penis. Over the leg fatigues me to failure. BTC dont seem to do anything right now. It did for some time but now its my secondary position for me. It seems like BTC tries to stress ALL my ligs. I believe there is 5 bundles. And Over the Leg seems to target the bundles that maybe are limiting my BTC stretch. Probably all my lig bundles are the same length in a BTC position and I need to lengthen other ones first then go back and hit BTC position. Like BIb said Davide and conquer. You rip a phone book one page at a time. I am excited because now after surgery (vasectomy) I am back and getting fatigued to the point of failure. And have during my short break 1.5 mos learned so much. Talk to yous soon.
