Damn man thats crazy,So 7-8 hours a day over 2.5 months hanging like 1kg (2llbs), gain of 0.75 length. Very impressive. How do you manage to clock up so many hours? Do you work from home?
I’d like to know how you are hanging. Do you have a bib hanger or is it a vacum hanger?
I’m using a bib hanger and 1.25kg-2.5kg but I’m only clocking 30mins max per day. I’d like to clock up more hours as I do believe the longer hanging sessions will lead to greater gains.
I’ve only been at it a few days but can def feel its working and have faith in it. So in a month or two with dedication am convinced I will see gains!

I agree Cheeba. I’ve been hanging the golf weights ALL Day. 2lbs.easily. I’ve been hanging for 3 weeks an results are amazing. I think is the better route. Effortlessly gaining. I use heat pad on an off as well.
