Well guys, made great gains in the first few months, but after that they completely stopped. I decided a couple of weeks ago to take a decon break, any suggestions on where I should go from here?

My newbie gains were great, and I really don’t want to give up on this, but it’s kind of discouraging seeing absolutely no gains (even a small loss) in two months. :(

Are you using constant heat? Pumping with heat has worked well for me.

Heat simply isn’t practical, nor possible given the method I’d been using. Read this thread from the beginning and you’ll understand.

Did the loss happen during the decon break? You can always start back up where you left off and see if you get the lost gains back and more. After you decon break of course. I believe some people report gains again after the break.

If you don’t see any increases with the same routine, I would still suggest to continue with your all day hang method. If you can increase safely increase weight/tension with that method I would. If not then I would incorporate a manual routine alongside your all day hang. You definitely can increase your manual routine over time. I only say this because your all day hang was effective for you in the past.

Newbie gains are truly awesome. Those who experience newbie gains feel like their lives have changed. Now the real hard work begins. I personally believe that after the newbie phase people either need to look really long term using the same methods or they need to increase one or both of the other two variables, time and tension. The only other option in my opinion is to become happy with the gains you did achieve and do a manual routine that allows you to maintain the gains you did get.

Actually no. I started at 5~5 1/4, I try not too measure more than once a month. At my peak I hit 6 inches BPEL, after that I couldn’t I couldn’t seem to measure more than just a hair over 5 3/4 BPEL. This was while I was still hanging for a couple more months.

If any part of your device’s string is touching your pants there is a chance your pants are taking some of the stress. To reduce this you may have to get a different setup. My two actually attach to my shaft.

I have been hanging for about 18 out of 19 days as of this post. I started out with 5 pounds and then moved to 10 pounds, now depending on what position I am doing I am at 12 1/2 pounds max so far. I have been able as of the last 4-5 days hang for a hour at a time, I start for 10 minutes with 5 pounds and then go to 10 pounds for 10 minutes and then do 12 1/2 for 30 minutes. The last 5-10 minutes I have just started to swing the weight slightly back and forth, I start by standing straight up and then start to swing at the same time I bend forward far as I can go toward my feet and then back up while the weight is still swinging. In between sets, I rub Palmers cocoa butter on my penis. I am presently able to hang for about 3 hours a day. I have just started to use Bathmate pump after my last set or before I go to bed and pump up for about 10 minutes and then go to bed, I do this to get blood in the penis to help in recovery.

I have noticed that since I started to hang that my erections are a lot harder and more frequent. Has any one else experienced this?

The string I use as a fail-safe has plenty of slack, it’s not interfering with the tension on my dick.

That said, I would like to try a different setup because I don’t like the way the one I was using has stretched my skin.

I did the same observation, after hanging sessions I have extreme hard erections.

That is quite intriguing, perhaps the result of a crushed penis which wants to heal ? Or a strengthening of the pelvic floor?

I’ve gotten back into PE after stopping about 10 years ago.

My routine was a warm wrap, stretches, jelq for ~30 minutes to get a good stretch and hang at various angles and weights. Maybe 3-10 sessions a day as I work out of my shop at home. Seldom missed a day and after a year+ and not any gains, I gave up.

I happened onto a site called Good looking Loser late last year and he writes about his PE experiences and various new(to me at least)devices. One was a BathMate and he had a way with a wine bottle pressurizer to increase the pressure inside of your BathMate. One requirement to use it was a tugger cone you can buy from VLC Tugger, a site devoted to growing back your foreskin.

So I go there and I’m reading his information and he has a method to increase the foreskin if you don’t have enough to start using his tugger cones. It involves cutting out the bottom of an appropriate sized canister and inserting your glans into it and pulling your foreskin over it and taping it with this great tape called Mefix. After 3 months of use, I can tell it’s working, which is pretty GD cool but not the point.

You can take one side of those big paper clips and use it to secure the device to a stretchy leg strap. I’ve since started using those workout bands so I know about how much weight I pulling. I’m using a 4 lb band now. Someone mentioned it’s inconsistent and yes that’s true but is that bad varying the pull?

Anyway, I now warm up, stretch for 10 minutes using reverse kegels and hard stretches, erect jelq for ~45 minutes and then place the device on my dick. I wear it all day and if I don’t have sex, I’ll wear it all night unless I get some large nocs and have to remove it which happens about 1/2 the time. So on average, say 15 hours a day in this device. Really, it’s easy.

I started at 6 1/8” and in 3 months, well actually 2 measurements, my next measurement isn’t for 10 days, I’ve gained 7/16”. I don’t do anything for girth.yet, other then the BathMate which I like to use before sex, as my erect girth was 6” and is now 6 1/8”. I remember reading a long time ago on BIB’s site that he thought it would be harder to stretch a fat cock so I’m leaving girth exercises out for now. I certainly don’t expect gains like this to continue indefinitely but I can tell I’ve got an increase again to measure in 10 days!

What I’ve read is that after you’ve broken down cells in your dick from stretching and jelqing, keeping the cock mildly stretched out while it heals promotes growth. It sure seems to be working.

There are ADS that cost $100s of dollars and look iffy. Putting noose around your dick? I don’t think so. Vacuum sealing around the glans? Ouch. The Phallosan costs over $300! And the replacement rubber things are ridiculous.

This device with a canister costs the price of a workout band and a roll of 2” Mefix tape, about $15, and works great. I also use an Ace wrap around my knee, it’s just more comfortable. When you have to pee, you just remove the clip and wipe the inside of the canister with a kleenex when you’re done.

If you want to try this, I added these mods. I cut a 5/16” deep by 1/2” notch in the lip of my canister and place that notch over my frenulum when I insert my glans as it was getting chaffed. I also wrapped a couple times around the rim of the canister with 1” Mefix as the filed edge of the canister was digging into my foreskin.
