I would take his 4 hours a day routine with a grain of salt though. It’s all too convenient. Massive claims of gains and size sells hangers and a 4 hours a day routine should explain these gains. Hardly anyone can keep up a routine like that for too long so no one can disproof you would not get a huge penis from that routine. Keeps us guessing whether his claims are real or not ;)

Fatiguing the hell out of your dick 4hrs a day is going to do something! I don’t see how you couldn’t gain if you were doing split sets with that kind of time, and really hitting fatigue within your 1st 2 sets.. creating microtears… stretching your tunica, ligs, & everything else involved.

I would like to see an honest post of someone hanging 4hrs a day, with good technique, & really getting good fatigue that still didn’t gain

I can’t believe your claiming its a ‘scam’—with nothing to back your claim, not even personal experience.

I can clarify this once & for all—at least that he means 4hrs = 4hrs strapped (rest is NOT included)

I purchased a bib hanger, here’s what the email said:

As I mentioned in another post—4hrs max is for newer hangers, obviously bib himself, an experienced hanger worked up to 8rs per day (maybe more, I’m not sure—but that’s 24 sets). You could deduct he means the 4hrs is more of a disclaimer, to prevent a new hanger from injuring himself.

And—I asked him directly about the apparent contradiction, and he did mention that maybe he should change the email, and that the intended ‘audience’ he was writing to with the email, was in fact new hangers.

That’s kind of my point, if you’re hanging 4 hours a day for a long time you might get a 10.5” penis after 1-2 years, who knows? When I started hanging I’ve gained from 1 session a day and later from just 3 sessions of 20mins. 3-6 sessions a day may be more effective but do you honestly need to hang more than that to gain?

Where am I claiming it’s a scam? Hanging works, the BIBhanger is a good hanger, however the story behind it is something else…

Ok; I see your point.

I see lots of people complain that hanging very few sets does nothing for them. I’m not sure how much you gained from hanging just a few sets, but that’s really great that it worked for you.

About the ‘scam’ thing, it was probably a misunderstanding since reading online doesn’t always convey full or proper meaning.
