my experiences with fulcrum hanging

my experiences with fulcrum hanging

I’ve recently began to fulcrum hang. Initially I was trying to use a footlong piece of 1” wooden dowel as the support. I had problems making this work due to the combination of my base girth and the size of the Bib hanger. I then began using the thin half of a pool cue with a sock sheathed over it. This works great. Ive also noticed there is significantly less pain/irritation if I have thouroughly warmed up the region. All of this might be old information, but I thought it might help someone new to hanging.

Hey short,

Glad you’re enjoying the fulcrum hanging, it is my weapon of choice for tunica work also. Do you hang SD with a fulcrum or SO with a pulley or other method (like the attachment in this post)?

Do you get any irritation in the shaft where it rests on the fulcrum? If you do, try alternating rotating 90 degrees, so the side of the shaft is on the fulcrum. Some vaseline on that area can help too.

Good Luck

SS4Jelq,

Can you please explain for me or draw one of your excellent diagrams on how one can do SD with a fulcrum.

I have seen the fulcrum picture with SO position but I can’t understand how you would do it SD unless you are sitting down in a chair and the fulcrum is installed. Then instead of the hanger and penis going slightly upwards towards the pulley they are now going down to a SD position.

So if I have explained that correctly then part of the shaft supported under the fulcrum and the other part of the shaft length is hanging towards the floor.

Is this what you mean?

Thanks in advance.

GMJ

GMJ,

What I meant was, without a pulley. So your seated, with the bar over your legs, your dick goes over the bar, and the weights are hanging SD. In effect it’s a tunica move, because of the upward angle the fulcrum creates. Savvy?

I find this far too uncomfortable, but some people do it like this, Jelktoid being the first name to enter my head.

SS4

SS4Jelq and others who use fulcrum bars,

The bar that you use, what diameter is it?

I will do same research myself but interested in your bar sizes.

I will give this fulcrum hanging a go. I while try SO fulcrum and then SD fulcrum and let you know how it goeses.

I am of the opinin that over the last few days I may have finally for the first time reached a level of fatigue where my hanging weight of 6.0kg in SO position is causing way to much fatigue.

It is interesting because the the 6kg’s of weight last week I could handle quite confortably but last night for instance I did my set of SO at 6.0kg and I had a massive shaft stretching feeling right throught the set from the get go.

I think my dick with SO may be starting to fatigue a little because all the way through the set I could not concentrate on what I was doing because of the massive pulling feeling I was expereincing. I guess I was clock watching. Not because of pain mind you but because of what I think I may have reached’ “FATIGUE”

Anyway I stall get into it tonight at a level a little lower from my top. I am hoping that this the right approach to hanging. I have done if for awhile now (SINCE APRIL 03) and only a handful of time have I felt like I was on song.

I tell ya, when I have the SO set up right the whole shaft right the way down into the attachment points is under tension. I can dig my fingers into the sides of my groin and feel around in there while under the SO pull and it all feels like if it getting pulled.

These next few week are going to be really interesting for me.

GMJ

Thanks

GMJ

SS4Jelq,

I have done some research on fulcrum hanging now and have an idea of what bar sizes people are using.

I have diffinitlely reached a fatigue level with SO tonight.

I just did my first set and started with 6 kg. Within minutes the attachment area of my dick was saying “Ha GMJ this is fatigue you dickhead. Reduce the weight”

So I did. I dropped 0.5kg (1pd) off. This gives me 5.5 kg in SO position. I apply the weight and it felt good but then within minutes again I am back feeling like I was at 6kg.

Well I am off to do the second set of the night and will start at 5.5 kg but I expect I am going to drop the weight down very soon into the set.

I will let you guys know how it goes.

GMJ

GMJ,

>The bar that you use, what diameter is it? <

It’s a wooden bar, .75”, and a t-shirt wrapped round it for padding.

>It is interesting because the the 6kg’s of weight last week I could handle quite confortably but last night for instance I did my set of SO at 6.0kg and I had a massive shaft stretching feeling right throught the set from the get go. <

Good, that’s progress.

>I think my dick with SO may be starting to fatigue a little because all the way through the set I could not concentrate on what I was doing because of the massive pulling feeling I was expereincing. Legs twitching, teeth gritting, getting hotter, maybe even sweating etc.

>I have diffinitlely reached a fatigue level with SO tonight. <

Do you mean without the fulcrum? If so, stick with it, because adding the fulcrum might put stress on a different area.

>So I did. I dropped 0.5kg (1pd) off. This gives me 5.5 kg in SO position. I apply the weight and it felt good but then within minutes again I am back feeling like I was at 6kg. <

That is good, take another pound off. Continue in this manner until you are at total fatigue (half your max of 6kg), then try another angle, such as OTL. The next session, start with SO until you get down to half again before switching. Over time you will be able to ride the fatigue and get to total fatigue in a few sets, giving you more time blasting another angle.

>Well I am off to do the second set of the night and will start at 5.5 kg but I expect I am going to drop the weight down very soon into the set. <

Sometimes the next day I can’t hang max again. This is pretty much guaranteed after a month or two. In the beginning you might well be able to go back up to 6kg the next day, give it a shot for the first set, if it is too much take some weight off. Some guys that use weight plates have each one hooked on with a seperate rope, so it is easier to change weights.

Also you might be quite sore on the first set and then be fine with the same weight for the next set, I think this is because you are ‘undo-ing’ the healing that took place since the last session.

SS4

SS4Jelq,

Yes no fulcrum has been used yet. Haven’t made one. (Lazy bastard).

I am definitely fatiguing. I stopped the session last night at 5 kg. My glands (head) was giving a little trouble. The temperature and colour seemed okay but it had a kind of soreness. Not numbness just a soreness feeling in the head.

I will attach the hanger a little more back towards the base tonight. I think that despite the hanger is not slipping anything at all along the staff, SO position really seams to pull the hanger and bunch the internals up behind the head.

I feel it is more noticeable in SO position than it was when I was try BTC position.

I stress that there is no slippage taking place. Just what feels like a huge amount of bunching up behind the head.

Do you have any thoughts on this or have you or others experienced this when first switching to SO position?

GMJ

Guys,

How exactly does one go about making this Fulcrum devise

A fulcrum is made by getting a smallish diameter rod and placing it across your thighs and then placing the rod under your shaft at varing distances from your base along the shaft.

My rod is the rod of a wooden clothes hanger. It is 11mm in diameter.

When installed, the fulcrum rod at the moment is very uncomfortable. I will need to use some sort of padding in the future and get used to it.

However it does produce an interesting tension sensation in the shaft.

Actually I feel that the tension from the rod resting point under the shaft down into the base is very intensive.

Fulcrum hanging is something I will continue to learn and practice.

GMJ

Justin,

Thanks for the info. Here is what I tried today, I used a .625 Dia (5/8) wooden rod then wrapped the ends with foam for comfort. It was very confortable on the legs and the only real discomfort was on my shaft directly under the wooden rod. I see what you mean about the tension just behind the fulcrum and especially at the base…..Will give this a go tomorrow again….
