Need Advice What To Buy

Guys I’m planning on buying a vac hanger, which would you guys recommend? No matter the price, just want to know what’s the best device available.

Also I once found a very good wrapping video for vac hanging but can’t find it anymore, you guys have any link?

Thanks!

Based on my experience and my thread about LG Hanger, it was a waste of my time because of the blisters that were involved. However, you might get some better luck with it. I’ve switched to the clamp style hanger and its been better for me.

I have a bib and hung up to 11lbs but for some reason I think vac will be better for me, and I’m kinda used to vac cup stretchers so maybe I’ll get along with it!

But thanks for the input!

Did you have discomfort at 11 lbs with the Bib?

I have a Bib Starter. Actually, I threw it a way due to an accident, but I’ve ordered a new one now. My experience with vac is limited to an ADS, but I simply can’t imagine that a vac solution is better than a clamp style hanger other than allowing for longer sets, but at lower weight for sure.

I just want to tell you that I hung very comfortably (well, as comfortable as you can be with weight attached to your dick) with my Bib after I learned how to use it. In fact, I learned to use it properly when hanging in the straight out position since I no longer had skin to take up the stretch.

Hanging BTC, I wasn’t grasping my internals since the skin prevented the hanger from sliding and I wasn’t aware that I wasn’t hanging properly. Straight out hanging forced me to learn proper technique.

I had a decent fatigue as I progressed to 11lbs, got some deformation and maybe 1/4” gain in length, but like you it think the biggest problems while hanging with clamp style device is that:
1 it gets in the way with my balls (short length)
2 most of the stretch is divided with the shaft skin and pubic skin, even though I refined my technique a lot, as Bib told me after analyzing my photos
3 you have to limit sets to 20 minutes and rest for 5-10 minutes. If you can do a single set with a vac style up to 2 hours that will take you 2 hours. If you hang for 2 hours with clamp style that will take you a minimum of 2:30 hours if you rest only 5 minutes.

I know cons are that I’ll probably be limited to 20lbs, but a lot of guys gain without reaching 20lbs, so maybe I’m one of those!

My brother, the only way to find out this for yourself is to get the product but please understand that when you say there were guys reported gains using any vac hanger style, try and sift through all those gainers from newbie gains versus well season gainers. If you are already use to using a clamp style hanger at 11LBs, you might as well focus on that and get it up to 20 LBs if need be. With the vac hanger, you are going to have to recondition yourself to prevent blister and that may take up to 6 months or even a year depending on frequency. I’ve invested 192 days into my vac hanger only to find out that blisters are going to be a norm for me based on my schedule. I can’t squeeze 2 hours out of a 1 -1.5 hour schedule so I would rather go with the clamp style hanger to really pulls your internal shaft. I have them both and I can tell a difference in pull between the both of them.

Anyways, it is your call, and there is only 1 way to find out. Good Luck

Paradigm what you were doing was off and not recommended. You got another blister after 7 days of not following my advice.

dvdck I’ve used both methods too with pretty good success. I would say if you have a bib and you gained with that then just continue that. Hell its working for you and would be cheaper. If its a time issue, that’s what usually draws me back to the vachanger, keep in mind the general consensus is to keep the sets less than an hour, then to me the only contender on the market at this time is the LG. There is an adjustment period but for you to go from hanging nothing with vacuum and back up to where you were with the Bib could be 5-6 weeks not 6 months. You would have to learn to tape and follow a SLOW progression at first but the same can be said for any hanger. If you hang with any of the following conditions it will increase the likely hood of blisters: too much weight, too much time for that weight, not taping properly or not giving a previous blister enough time to heal…. hint hint for others.

Too me its simpler once you learn the ins and outs and is pretty much set it and forget it with your sets. Alot of time with compression hangers is taking it off and putting it back on. They both seem to pull differently. Also look into some of xeno’s exercises like the Sumo Squat Stretch and the Bucking Bronco. He said they can replace hanging all together and worked well in his routines. I’ve incorporated them into mine, even when hanging with good results. They really target what needs to be stretched and can be really intense. I’m not in a hanging routine now but when I did, I’d do mainly SD or SO, BTC wrecks your back after a while and is not worth it.

That little gem is some information I was very curious on, as far as which angles were worth the most time. I may kick the hanger game back up again and this…is good to know.

Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

1. Have you tried the Bib Starter? What is your length…?

2. I had the same hanging BTC. My best gains came from hanging straight out. The first time I hung straight out my hanger would slide straight to my head and cause immense pain. It was then I realized that my hanging technique was flawed and caused me to clean up my act.

3. 20 minutes is the consensus for safe hanging, yes, but I’ll say that often, I found myself having sufficient circulation after 20 minutes. I bet I could (and did at times) easily hang both 25 and 30 minutes, although I won’t recommend it. But sure, 2 hours ain’t possible…

I know Bib and others advice against SO, but it’s the angle which gave me my best gains. Possibly because it was the angle where I could comfortably multi-task at my desk actually doing serious work. This translates to more sets and more consistency. I never managed that with BTC.

I had a 2,0 cm BPEL gain in roughly 3-4 months and BPFSL of 1” (2,5 cm).

Getting back into hanging I will resume SO and rather switch angles if gains should slow down. But I feel confident I can reach 20 cm BPEL (2,0 cm gain) in a short while. This time I’ll make sure I cement it though.

You know that saying, I gotta try to see how it goes? I don’t feel I’m gonna settle down until I try it!

But thanks for the advice!

So true, I do feel pain in the lower back the next day sometimes after hanging BTC

Hi there, I have the starter, regular would be too much for me I guess. I’m at 6 5/8 +- BPEL

The main benefit I think I’ll get from vac hanging is time! Being able to hang at least 1 hour a day, consuming 1 hour of my time is something really precious!

Hey LS thanks for stopping by!

It’s specially because of time that I want to hang with vac style hanger, I stopped hanging with the bib because I felt that the way I was hanging and the time spent it was more likely to thoughen my ligs than stretching it.

So to not to ruin my possible ligs gains I quit that.

What kind of tape do you use? Those Micro pore ones? Or the one provided with the LG?

I once found a wrapping video where the guy used a self adhesive rubber band and seemed good but I can’t find it anymore.

About Xenos stretches, I tried the BB and SS but for the BB I think I lack some length for it, and the sumo I can’t get a decent stretch with it, maybe I’m doing it wrong.

Also I never had a lig pop, don’t know if that influences too.
