New 1.5lb hanger for long time hang.

HI guys. I just made a little wrap with 1.5 Lbs in it to hang for 2 hours +, I then take it off and after 30 mins or so I put it on for another 2 + hours, I use it after I hang 7 Lbs for 30 min 3 times for 5 days, when I can keep the dame thing on.

Pictures should be posted in the Members Pics forum. All you have to do is, when you go to make the post, under the window where you write a message you will find an option called “Attach file”. On the right of that you will see a button called “Browse”. Click it then navigate to the file on your hard disk. Click “Open”. All you need do now is click the “Submit” button. It works pretty much the same way as your email program does when you send an attachment.

All pics are moderated first so it may not show up immediately - it has to be manually released by a moderator first.
