You have to wrap the sock around the shaft twice to provide good cushion for the nerves on top of the penis. Also helps with circulation. Excuse the nasty state of Mr. Socko

That looks to me like a noose…

Personally (if this is a noose type device) - I would bin it, and make a home made BIB… The instructions are on the site here and you’re a hell of a lot less likely to permanently damage yourself.

Yeah I’m with BigJ on this. I would advice you to not hang with that. There are safer homemade hanger designs like the AFB and the Wench.

I used to use a sock hanger where I would attach a whole sock to my head with a velcro strap. The “toe” end of the sock had a strap attached to it for attaching a weight.

Anyway dute, you have shown yourself to be a creative guy. Keep looking for those opportunities to solve common problems and improve on existing technology. It only takes one good idea to become rich!

If your using it be careful those type of hangers can be very effective but extremely dangerous

No not really a noose the black thing is a locking device. Lock it to a certain length and it doesn’t get tighter.

Starting to rethink use as a hanger. Might just use as a stretching device for traction, because being uncut grip is a problem.
