Hello there, I’m David from Costa Rica.

Just wanted to say hello as I’m new to this place.

I have some questions, in case anyone would like to reply, I’ll be grateful:

1) I started PE on Abril 23rd, so this is my 2nd week, I am using the swimmer’s cap method. I started with 1 kilo and I already got used and I think I could go for 2 kilos. Is it ok to increase the weight now or should I wait for some more days/weeks?

2) I know this is gonna take time, if I didn’t believe this process would be slow and maybe even tedious, I wouldn’t have started. I just wanted to know what your experiences hae been like and what your results are so far and after how much time. Of course I am not expecting to see results anytime soon, since this is just the beginning of my 3rd week. So, what are your results so far?

Go ahead and move up to 2 kilos. About 2 or 3 kilos is a good weight to get used to everything and get the skin stretched out.
I started out with the swim cap method. It’s a pain in the ass. Do you roll it on like a condom? Thats how I did it. I can still remeber it pinching my head. I had to roll it tight to keep it from slipping.
You’re probably only going to be able hang about 4 kilos max comfortably. You might want to make a hanger like the chicken choker, the homemade bib, or the captains wench thats what I use.

Sorry but I just want to make sure I’m hearing this correctly.

Did you just start PE all together and your already hanging? If so, I would recommend that you stop until you have done a routine (the “newbie routine” is a good suggestion) for a little while. If you rush yourself into hanging, you are only going to hurt yourself.

I don’t personally use any hangers myself yet, but I’ve read much about hanging. Starting to hang too early (before your dick is “conditioned”) will result in injury in one way or another. Your dick needs to be “conditioned” (used to) for PE’ing, since while PE’ing we pretty much attack it.

I did move up to 2 kilos and yes, it is a pain in the ass, well, the cap only slipped a few times the first week, now it doesn’t and yeah, I roll it, and I think 3 kilos is the maximum I’ll be able to do with this method, I did try to make a hanger, but it didn’t work well, I think I’ll need more time and patience to be able to make a good one.

And Endow, even tho I did some conditioning before I started hanging, maybe you’re right and I’ll need to check out that newbie routine, thanks for the tip. Even tho so far everything’s been alright.
