Newbie total to hanging help me.

i’m so bad in english so

i’m new to hanging but i’m not new to PE.
I’ve started PE 4 months ago (in 2 december 2006) with a routine with andropenis + jelq (first months have done andropenis + newbie routine).
i’ve gained 0.3 inch in erect lenght now.

Now i want do hanging but i’m a newbie and i nnot unsterstand how i can start with hanging!!!!!

i not have hanging device.

how old is a tipycal hanging session???what time spend?
how i can create a device for hanging,easily???

which results can i hope in 6 months with hanging?

Do they have a shift key on an Italian keyboard? I am pretty sure they do. If you use the spell checker it will help you to improve your English, which is not so bad really. It’s the lack of capitals that you need to work on. The spell checker will help you with that also.

Read the Hanging 101 thread and also the Home made hangers thread, those two should get you started.

i need a photo description of homemade hangers….

I think the easiest way forward for a beginning hander is to make a “captain’s wench.” You’ll find the materials and method to construct one by doing a search.

hey i have an idea….

i have andropenis:

so the piece superior of the device, where there is the silicon elastic with the white plastic ….with the piece of whit plastic of andropenis and the elastic silicon i can obtaine a OK grip on the base of glands and i have the grip for hanger!so for hanger i use only this two piece of andropenis (piece plastic white and silicon elastic)….

This is a bad idea??
Grip for hanger only around the base of glands is bad?
