Non-standard hanging positions?
As the titles indicates, do you guys have any positions that you hang in that or not the typical OTC, BTC, etc.? I’ve been looking at a way to really target my ligaments with BTC but til now hasn’t really been working. I never felt that “ligament burn“ that I know I should be feeling from the hang that’s supposed to come with BTC.
Well, last week, pretty much by accident, I had to shift my position in the middle of a set (for reasons I still don’t know why) and I lifted my left up and placed my foot on the edge of the bed. The strain and pull I felt in my groin was like nothing I’d felt when hanging. Not a bad feeling at at all, but I could actually feel the weights pulling down my cock, and more importantly, I could feel a genuine stretch on my ligaments.
Anyone else ever tried hanging in that position or experienced that? I’ve incorporated it into my routine and can only last maybe 5 minutes before it gets to be too much. I do five minutes on either side and at the end of my set, I can actually feel fatigue! I figured that if I drop weight (currently at 13.25 lbs), I can go longer and it woule be more beneficial.
Any thoughts or suggestions?
