Not feeling fatigue from hanging, no gains
Posting here since I don’t have access to the hanging forums.
Been using the LG Hanger for a few months now, but have not achieved any gains even though I have been using it for 1-2 hours a day nearly every day.
I’ve been able to get to hanging 17.5 lbs for 20-30 min (BTC, SD), but still don’t feel that pubic bone fatigue that people talk about. I can hang 7-8 lbs all day without issue.
BPFSL is longer after a hanging session, ~.3 inches.
What should I be doing?
