Numb

It seems that when I hang SD I am ok with being able to go the whole 20 minutes with no numbness. However, when I hang BTC, when I reach down and touch my head, it feel numb. Does anyone know why this could be the case or has had this problem as well?

More details would help find out what might be the problem. Which hanger are you using and is there any pressure on your glans or does your glans get hard during hanging?

I’m using the Cap’n Wench. I’m only loading 10lbs now. My glans are not hard at all and I don’t feel any pressure on the glans.

Because of your answer I think that it may be that in BTC the grippers of your Cap’n Wench put just enough pressure on a sensitive area to make your glans go numb.

I don’t have any experience with the Cap’n Wench, but filing the edges of the grippers till they’re smooth may help or perhaps longer grippers.
