Old DIY vacuum hanger thread?

Last year or so, I thought I saw plans on here for a silicone or latex DIY vacuum hanger, but can’t find it now with the search function. It involved pouring liquid molding compound into a form made of PVC pipe and stuff. A set of the forms was going around on a loaner basis, but I’m just interested in the plans themselves.
