OTS or SD hanging for more base girth?

OTS or SD hanging for more base girth?

I’m curious whether stretching mainly the tunica or mainly the ligs will increase base girth. It may not make any difference. I’m almost at my desired length and I’d like to gain more base girth with a little bit more length if possible. Not looking for more than .5” length.

Anyone have any thoughts on this?

An SD is Straight Down hanging.

For increased base girth I would go to over the leg (OTL) both left and right. From a standing SO position it’s a piece of cake, just twist the hips. From sitting with dead weights it works as well but you loose some poundage and it’s not as comfortable.
