Anyway, I made myself a homebrewed powerjelk about a year ago using black closed cell foam around small (1” dia x3” wide) wooden spindles. These spindles have a cove or concave about 1.5” - 2” wide and the foam rides nicely in the concave and keeps the jelker centered nicely around my unit as I jelk.
I have been using it extensively with pumping and the results have been awesome! I now pack my 1 3/4” by 10” LA tube almost all the way up to the gland after a 50 min session. I’ve thought about buying the real thing (the Powerjelk) because my homebrew job is getting a little small since my member is now getting larger in girth. Just wondering if you still like and use the powerjelk? I have wondered though about the “flat” rollers and If I could get use to it after using mine with concave rollers.
Also, I’m going for more length and not necessarily after girth. But I am wondering this. Would you recommend getting a 2” tube at this time or maybe later on. It might be beneficial to work between both tubes using the 2” to keep adding more girth and hopefully some length, and using my 1 3/4” as the smaller tube to mainly work the length as I could pack it easily and thus increase length…If that makes sense??

ineed9,
Yes, I am still a regular powerjelq user as well as an avid dryjelqer along with pumping. I like the variety. Let me also say that my “testimonial” on the powerjelq website was actually taken from a powerjelq use post that I had made on the PEFORUM site. I was actually surprised to see that I was being used on the powerjelq site as a testimonial, since no one asked me if it was okay to use my comments and signature. But I guess that’s the way of the internet world. The comments I made though are mine, and I stand by my experiences.
Your own powerjelq creation seems to be working well for you. Why don’t you just redesign yourself another larger one to accommodate your increase in size?
Since you are pretty much packing the cylinder completely up the shaft, I would definitely recommend that you move up to a 2” diameter size cylinder. Your thoughts on having the two sizes, one more for length and one more for girth expansion, are right on the money. That’s the kind of pumping technique I’ve always employed. Presently, I alternate between my 2” and 2.5” cylinders for length and girth results respectively.
Good luck and congratulations on the gains you’ve made. Here’s to more.
