Pain In Ligs While Hanging That Goes Away

So while I am hanging I will sometimes get fleeting pain in my ligs. It will last for about 5 seconds and I will release the tension on the ligs, hold the weights, and then the pain goes away and then I resume hanging at the same weight and the pain will sometimes not come back. I am hanging with an LG vac hanger.

Am I overdoing things or is this normal?

I am hanging at 6.5lbs for two sets a day for a total daily hang time of 2-3 hours. Sometimes I feel ambitious and do 1.5 hour hanging sessions in the morning and afternoon.

2017,7 3/8 bpel by 6 1/4 eg

Take a couple days off in my opinion,then see what happens.I think you may be over doing it.

A pound a week and no days off. I will do a light set on my “off day” though that will be either a light hang with some manuals or just manuals.

Yeah, that is kinda what I was thinking. I am gonna take today off and see how I feel tomorrow.
