Perfect wrapping for Bib Hanger

I’ve read they ship from sweden too though.

So toitopillao did you get that sleeve?
Are you guys sure this sleeve is fine just like the blue one from MB?
I’m uncut and I’ve made probably 1.000 attempts (no kidding) with traditional wrapping, my head would always be swollen due to the skin and cosequently the hanger moving towards the head while hanging. I had to give up hanging.

Daman are you still going to post some photos?
How did you manage to hang BTC with the hang as close as possible to the pubis?
What did Bib think about these sleeve solution? (You could just link me the thread in his forum if you have it on hand)

Sorry, I gave up the hanging. I have a new job and I have no time to hang 6x20 min. per day plus rest and warming up/cooling down.

It’s ok, I was just curious about the BTC with the sleeve and whether the ebay sleeve I linked is fine or not.

I tried and tried to wrap conventionally with the Bib but could never get the hang of it. With conventional wrapping I had more dis colorization at 10 lbs than I do at 15 lbs using the sleeve. I’m very happy with this sleeve and yes the Bib has more traction. I’m also able to tighten the Bib tighter using the sleeve than before with no discomfort.

I hope this works! I have just bought one of these sleeves from ebay Is this the correct one? I have been hanging just fine with Vaseline cloth and theraband up to 9lb but after the 4th set I got turtle neck and the pain was unbearable. So I am hoping with this sleeve talc and theraband it will do the job. Hoping to move upto 30lb with this method. I certainly couldn’t do it with cloth and theraband

Wow! I just tried hanging with my silicone sleeve from Monkeybar, OP you are a genius! It felt like at least a million times better, maybe more. I had to cut the thing length-wise to fit it on, but I left the gap at the top and got no pinching. I can barely get my bib closed with it on, but it is way better! Thank you much.

30 lbs??? You’ve got to be kidding. That is a completely unnecessary amount of weight regardless of its inherent danger. I hung for over 14 months, gained 2” and never exceeded 20 lbs. I had a customer who gained 2” in 8 months and didn’t exceed 20 lbs either.

I would suggest you do a little more research before you damage yourself. Big weights should never be a goal.

Hanging technique is more important then what weight you use.

Ok well I have purchased this silicone sleeve which came today . I have tried it on but I can honestly say it is quite painful to wear when I attach the bib hanger! I have tried it with talc but just seems to pinch my skin! Any ideas, is that the right sleeve?

Hey Monty, I’d like to know……

When you do SO with a Bungee cord it allows you to do many angles with just a twist of the hips. This of course is done with the anchor at crotch level from a standing position. Over The Leg (OTL) to the left or right is great for stretching the outside of the ligs. When you come back to the SO position it gives a little easier as is noted by the increase in gains you’ll achieve.

Now there are additional advantages to the use of a Bungee in that if you provide yourself with an eye level anchor then you can do SU (straight up) hanging. Now twist the hips and you’ve got a 45 degree SU angle.

One big thing needs to be mentioned here and that is with the angles added into your routine you will find that an increase in hanging weight is not necessary as your gains will continue at the same weight for quite a long period of time and the only time it becomes necessary to add weight is when your gains slow down or stop. When that happens there is another technique that will perpetuate your gains without increasing weight and that is to jump up your weight about 10% to 20% for about 1 minute then drop back to your basis weight and proceed with angle hanging at that basis weight.

There is another trick when applied that will keep the gains going without increasing weight and that is start applying fulcrums to all angles. This is easily accomplished by placing your thumb between your hanger and your pelvis then twisting the hips to get a 90 degree angle of your shaft. Doing this would require a slight reduction in hanging weight because the stress is so pinpointed at the fulcrum point. What I would do is move my thumb back and forth to stress the ligs over a longer area. Apply a fulcrum to all angles and it takes some significant amount of time. I never did any of the angles above for more then a few minutes each. I did try to spend a significant portion of time in the SO position so I could make sure my gains would be in that direction primarily.

Now you may be asking yourself “Why would I want to do all these angles?” The answer to that is if the ligs are stretched in an angle to the basic SO position what you are going to find is that your gains will increase with an added benefit to all this is the stretching of the tunica, which over time will increase your girth.

Now I was planning on girth work after I reached my length goal but I kept getting complaints from my wife that her jaw hurt during BJ’s. When I measured my girth I found it had increased well over an 1 1/2” so girth work wasn’t necessary.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact me from my website or just send me a PM from here.

Thanks for the response Monty. I need to try and absorb all of that info now……

I started hanging a couple weeks ago (homemade hanger I need to share eventually). My first thought was to use a sleeve and it works great. I have a couple dozen sleeves I made recently, so there was nothing to lose. I haven’t tried the talc powder mentioned here, which I will in the future though. By the 2nd or 3rd set, it does start slipping a little. I actually prefer a powder called “balla” (check amazon). It’s made for that area and is based on talc, but has some cool tingling properties.

I can’t say anything about the bib hanger and how to alleviate the pinching, but those silicon sleeves work great with the hanger I made. Not to mention how fast it is to put on and take off.

This looks promising and pretty genius. I tried the HTW today and liked it but I think this would be even better.
