Pubis Muscle Development Question
With this new hobby of PE brings the need to observe others PE pictorial development. I have noticed most men over 8” have pronounced development in their upper groin areas where the tunica ties into the pelvis. With three months of daily hanging I am able to lift the load with a muscular contraction. This action reveals a similar pronounced area of my groin.
Question: With regular weight lifts is there a muscle that is being developed larger? My studdies seem to only provide that this area is mostly ligament that attaches to the pubis. Will this or is this muscle an important one to develop? Should I spend ample time with reps to break it down?
