Ok, I’ve been hanging now for about 2 weeks, light 5 lbs., using a vac, and I’ve recently started doing A stretches while hanging. What I do is create a fulcrum with my hand so my penis hangs down at almost a 90 degree angle? Is this the right way to do it? And is this going to harm my cock if I do it for too long? Thanks

I don’t believe it has to be at a 90 degree angle, just an angle which causes the stress to be put onto the penis in a different direction. I’m sure you’ve noticed that the fulcrum stretch causes more tension on your dick which results in you using lower weights, at least it did for me.

You can do that if you want - it’s not terribly effective.

Why don’t you try the RSDT fulcrum? Instead of a fulcrum like your wrist, the RSDT will spread the stress of the weight out over a highly specific set of tissues. It can be tough to handle at first, but the fatigue/results can be ridiculous.
