Question about fulcrum hanging

Hey guys,

I’ve been hanging for a while now. I’ve been doing SD and BTC. My LOT is now between 7 and 8. I’ve been thinking of fulcrum hanging since it seems as though my ligs are maxed for now.

I hang with a muzzle hanger, and my question is, should I attach the muzzle down the shaft toward the glans so that I’ve get a good tunica stretch? I normally attach right at the base for SD and BTC, but that just doesn’t seem like it would work for fulcrum hanging.

i got up to 12.5 lbs. I pretty much always do 2 sets a day for 20 minutes each.

I gained about .3” From hanging, but I’ve lost a little of that from some involuntary off time.

Sorry for the misunderstanding, I only hung for about 3 months (seems like a while to me, but I guess in reality it’s not that long).

I didn’t even know what the LOT theory was until now, and when I checked it and found it to be between 7 and 8, I started thinking maybe I need to go to fulcrum hanging/targeting the tunica rather than the ligs.
