Question concerning hanging

Hi guys!
There is a dilemma I have now when I hang.
Either the pressure on the glance is IMO very high
Or
The stretch on the skin (not the ligs but the skin) is so intense that I can’t hang properly.
When I draw back the skin in order to not get the extreme stretch the hanger automatically fits closer to the glans which then increases the pressure on it to a point where I am not longer sure whether it is still healthy even in PE terms or whether it already is causing unwanted damage if not an injury overall.
However if I don’t draw the skin back before I put the hanger on the stretch on the skin is too high to hang sufficient weights.
I could on cost of the higher pressure on the glans hang about 10lbs perfectly fine ligaments wise if I draw back the skin but only 5lbs if I don’t. The 5lbs however are no longer giving me the feeling of a stretch in the ligs anymore even if I add more sessions.
So which way is the one to go to gain most while causing least damage?
Is there still stretch on the ligs even if I don’t feel it really? (In this case I simply would add 1 or 2 more additional sessions. Then of course the question would be how many minutes/ hours of hanging a day still is good in terms of gains and health.)
Does the glans accustom to the pressure if I start hanging very short sessions and slowly increase the session time?
