Question for Bib

Question for Bib

I am on disabilty right now, so I am hanging all day. I do moist heat, tighten and retighten when necessary, and adjust the thera when needed. Today I had to move the hex nuts closer to the hinge after about 10 sets to get the tightness to where I am comfortable with it. When you were hanging all day did you find a need to make a significant adjustment like this, as I am concerned about girth loss. Mind you, I am happy to have a needle dick if it’s a looong needle dick :) Don’t know if you need this info but here is my routine. 10# x 4+ sets- starting straight out then working to btc as comfortable- to fatigue, decreasing to 7.5 # btc x 4+ sets to fatigue, decreasing to 5# btc x 4+ sets to fatigue. Then I lay down and hang while either reading or watching TV with 2.5# hanging from the foot of the bed until I am totally fatigued or it is time for bed- whichever comes first. I will not increase my max weight (2.5# when necessary) until I can do a solid 3 sets of 20 min btc for 20 min. Thanks for the help.

2in2002,

Sure. There were many times where the girth would change during the day. It seems the tissues from time to time would carry more blood or fluid, or maybe I would wrap thicker. That is a big reason to have the ability to adjust the hanger.

Like you, toward the end of the day the girth would seem to go down a little. But then the next day, it was back to normal. My erect girth did not go down ever to my knowledge.

Better news. Later, if you do girth exercises, you will probably have to let it out quite a bit.

One more question. Went through all the threads and am not sure about this from an old thread:
Surfer1,

>I’ve stretched a lot of skin…. I’m not sure I’m “grabbing” the internal structures. When I attach the BIB Starter the front portion is perhaps 2 inches behind the glans when the penis is stretched out. I tighten the hanger pretty tight , I then attach weights and the front end of the hanger slides down the penis ‘til it’s about 1/2 inch behind the glans…. My question is does this sound like I’m correctly grabbing the “internal structure”. <

All of your statements make sense. Look at it this way. You attach two inches behind the head. The hanger ends up .5 inches behind the head. Assume you started with tight skin, you would have to stretch 1.5 inches of skin before you impacted the ligs and tunica completely. The question is, why do you put it on two inches behind the head?

How much, if any, the hanger slides down depends on the distance from the head, the tightness of the hanger, and the amount of weight used. At lower weights, it might not move the way you are doing it. But at 15 lbs, you would have to tighten a lot for it not to slide down some and just stretch skin.

The internal structures, at higher weights and the correct hanger tightness, tend to compress toward the head rather than actually moving in relation to the hanger. The correct tightness allow the shaft to take much of the weight rather than the head. However, at higher weights, the head will tend to take some of the weight. Just make sure the front thumbs are on each SIDE of the head.

Are you saying that the hanger DOES rest on the end of the glans, as I have been putting it back a little further also to keep it away from the head. Thanks.

Bigger should probably answer this, but I’ll throw my 2 cents in. The hanger should not rest close behind the glans if you can help it. LIL2BIG1 and I have had a problem with fluid accumulating under the glans with weights 15 llbs. and above. I solved this by using the Bib starter when I hang more than 15 pounds. I always hang 15-20 lbs. BTC, but can only hang 10-12 lbs. straight out or over the side.

This is absolutely correct. No matter how tight I make the hanger or what wrapping configuration I use, it will slip toward the head. By using the Bib Starter with heavier weights, I don’t get the compression on the head.

Bib, do you think there is any big advantage of the two stage approach you used of hanging until desire length achieved and then working on girth vs. doing both simultaneously?

Hi bud_do and welcome. I won’t speak for him, but I know Bib does believe you should hang exclusively before adding girth. He would lightly milk for circulation, but never seriously did girth work until he gained most of his length. Read this post and you will see the theory behind it.

Healing…and apology!

Thanks, 2in2002. It answered all my questions.

Yes, what toid, et al, said is correct.

At higher weights, the hanger may slide down. The sides of the head should be the point of contact of last resort. But the sides are fine much as with a manual stretch. A correct manual stretch should be grasped on the sides, not the top and bottom of the head.
