4)I started with 1kg but I’ve increased it very fast to 5kg (shouldn’t have done this)
5)3-4sets x 15-20mins
6)No problem (I mean I get a little cold sometimes but it’s normal I guess)

Jaaag,I’ve been hanging about three months.I’ve gained .25 “in erect length and almost .75”in flaccid length.I am un-cut and started hanging with 5 pounds.I used that for two weeks then stepped it up to 7 pounds.Another two weeks at 7 and I’ve been hanging ten pounds since then.I start with a ten minute warm up with a rice sock device.I do manual stretching while warming up.Nothing severe just some good steady pulls for 15 seconds each in all directions.I then hang straight out for 15 minutes with ten pounds.I dry jelq and rice sock for a bout 10 minutes,then back into the hanger.I do a total of two hours hanging this way.I just bought a pump and now pump two 15 minute sessions at 7 in Hg after my hanging is done for the day.It is too early to tell what effect if any my pumping is having on gains,but the temporary girth is awesome.Also last night I hit the 8” mark while in the tube my second set,so it’s looking pretty good.I use a the Captain’s wench for hanging,and rarely have any discomfort unless I get too careless with my wrap.

5 lbs started one month 7.5 two months later 10 lbs still at 10 lbs.

AM/PM 3 sets each. If I can’t get my AM set in 5-6 sets at night. 15 min set 15 min break manual clamp in between set to prevent bruising head. 10 hours total a week in hang time. 3/20 min sets = 1 hour of hanging.

Yes bruised head answer how I dealt with it up there.

1) almost 2 years with 2 or 3, 2 to 3 month breaks
2) 1 to 1 1/4 inches, first inch was pretty quick, less than a year, the rest has been real work
3) circumcised
4) depends on angle but started with 5lbs SD and have done as much as 22.5 lbs SO (5 to 8 minutes). Normal range is 12.5 to 17.5 with last set lasting only 8 - 10 minutes. After a break I drop down significantly to 10 to 15 lbs. Also I start light and move toward heavy. This is opposite to the suggested weight progression. I have tried going heavy to light but experienced so much retraction that I could not wear my ADS for any reasonable amount of time. Might be worth starting medium heavy and working to light. I also believe that an occassion “shock treatment” can get things going. This might be some heavy-heavy sets or more sets or lots of manual stretches in between hanging sets. The main idea is to mix it up if you think your gains are stalled.
5) I vary the angles depending on what I percieve my limiting factor currently is (tunica or ligs) through palpatation mostly. Lately I have been doing 4 sets SD followed by 2 sets OTS. I also use a homemade ADS for about 4 hours a day. I do A-stretches and another stretch I may have made up myself. I pump occassionally (before intercourse mostly) (No ED, just like it big). I don’t jelq.
6) I have had pretty much all the bruising/color problems. I stop at the first sign of numbness. Bib told me to squeeze the glans before tightening the hanger and to try tightening it more and that was a significant improvement in comfort and efficiency. After a break I experienced this same soreness while tightening the hanger. You have to slowly work through it. Make sure to warm up good and stretch before hanging. I also use the rice sock while hanging. After my breaks the discoloration goes away. I am Mediteranean so maybe my skin color hides it better than if I was northern European.
7) regular Bib hanger

I am a slow gainer but I am absolutely sure that I am still gaining. My flacid continues to improve visibally. I have a very accurate set of measurement techniques and my gains are not stalled. I also have a lot of time and privacy.

Read the Collected Wisdom of the Vets thread ever 4 months or so and don’t be afraid to try something that you think might work.

I hung for about 4 months with Bib-starter.

Gains mostly in flaccid length (about 0.3 – 0.4 inches), Erected length only between 1/16 and 1/8 inch.

I hung 4-6 sets a day, 20 min. each - 6 days a week.

SD – max. weight 20 lb.

SO – max weight 22.5 lb.

Most of the time I hung SO because of my low LOT using between 17.5 and 20 lb.

I started with 6 lb and increased the weight with about 1-2 lb. every week.

I am uncut and had a lot of issues with foreskin irritation and bulge on the rim of the foreskin that took 3 weeks to disappear. Since then every time I start hanging after the 1st set it comes again. Therefore I had to stop hanging and return to manual stretches.

I’m disappointed with hanging, but I suspect that my foreskin kept me from having good gains. If I were circumcised I could have hung for 3-4 hours a day and gained in this 4 months period at least 1/4 EL (not so fast as some of the people here report, but this depends on the LOT, mine is extremely low - between 6 and 6:30 o’clock).

-no measurable gains yet (but my dick feels stronger)
-circumcised
-mostly 2.5 kg, 3.75 last sets
- 3-4 sets 15 minutes , at least 5 days a week or more.
- no problem with discoloration right now (used to be a little when I first started, I LOWERED weight)
- Ikes hanger (a little different model)
