Questions to Heavy-Weight-Hangers
Hi guys,
the following lines should give you a short survey of my last 4 weeks hanging experiences.

Now, I am able to hang around 20 lbs for 2 h (20 min sets) BTC, Straight down and straight out without getting any problems. The mains reason (for the weight intensification) was, I think, that I’ve overcome the skin irritation. Before, I could not hang more than 14-15 lbs.

And: Now, I feel a really sore feeling. If that what I feel can be called ”sore”.
I give you a brief description of my feelings ”down there” around the penis (abdomen):
- when I do a sit-up in bed (no weight attached) it almost feels like a charlie-horse ”down there”
- when I cough (no weight attached) I also do have this feeling
- when I press my fingers against the penis (ligaments) near the pubic bone, I can feel a soreness
- and, when I’ve hung for 1 hour (20lbs) and want to go on hanging for the next 20 mins after a short break, I am not able to pull out my dick as far as I did at the beginning (of my session) ‘cause my ligs had become too tough.
—-> So does this all indicate that I am doing it right now?
I did not have these feelings with 14-15 lbs. But now I have it. Normally these sore feelings disappear after a 24 h rest period.

Are 2 h hanging per day enough?

I hope to see some improvements soon.
It took me months to get used to the hanger attachement and to improve my hanging routine. Means, to go up to 20 lbs. Before, I always had problems and difficulties even with 14 lbs.
