remove wrap between sets?

what is the recommended practice ? does anyone leave the wrap on in between sets?

I completely unwrap (theraband/baby sock) in between sets. I also apply heat (ricesock) and massage my pecker for circulation. This usually last’s 5 min. then it’s wrap up, get the hanger on and do another set.

I usually would stay wrapped for a couple hours, maybe four sets. Then take off the wrap, piss, whatever. Milk a good bit.

Thanks guys.. I guess you can do either.. but the reason I asked is because I want to use my time as efficiently as possible. I have 3 kids and trying to find time is like unreal. Than God for my wife she is supportive. I will try leaving it on for 3 or so sets.

The reason, I unwrap and rub down with heat after every set is because I’m fairly new (1 month) to hanging. I want to make sure I get good circulation to my dude between sets. I use a baby sock, and roll the theraband up while applying the ricesock. I am completely in agreeance with you regarding time consumption. My wife is cool so I’m not really pressured there, but my other work around the house needs attention as well. And I actually look forward to hanging, so I’m not about to cut my routine short. Just use my time more wisely.

I’m now getting the hardest erections I’ve ever had. And actually have had a slight gain in length and girth, even in the short time Iv’e been PEing. Hopefully, I will continue to see progress regarding penile health and fitness. A nice big veiner to share with my honey will be nice too.

I also believe what Bib is saying about the dick that’s still in your body. If you can pull it out, and train it to stay out by hanging -then we have achieved what we set out to do.

I unwrap and just go back and unwrap about 1 minute before I restart hanging. It doesn’t take long to wrap once you are familiar with it. The benefits of unwrapping and heating up the head (moist heat) are definitely worth it to me.
