My problem is not to get a routine for x days on/ x days on.
What I would like to know is, if these deconditioning/cementing phases are necessary and “common” nowadays?
(I havent been on this board for a longer time..)

I mean xeno has made a lot of progress with his method, but there are other routines which are as effective as his.
But that does not answer the question, if his method does produce more gains than a “standard method” would do.

So is it a must do decondition to the penis in some way or can I hang 2on/1off all the time as long as I listen to my pecker?
