Routine Help

I’ve been reading up on PE for a year or so. Have been doing the basic routine of stretching an jelqing for around 5 months, and just purchases a redi-stretcher and have completed my first 5 days of hanging. Used 5lbs for 2 20 minute sessions. I tried using the captain’s wench but I suck at wrapping, and the redi-stretcher works great. No pain, easy to put on. And I feel a pull right below my gut, right behind the fat pad which I’m assuming is ligaments.

I’d like to set up a routine using hanging, jelqing, and the AutoADS.

I just want to make sure I’m not using too much volume.

I work night shift at a hotel so I have plenty of downtime and don’t deal with many customers, so wearing an ADS device won’t be a huge deal. I actually sneak off to one of the rooms and watch some TV while doing my hanging sessions. It’s pretty convenient.

Currently at 6x5. Goal is 8x6.

I’d like to build up my hanging tolerances a little bit, maybe get to 10lbs in a couple months. Then perhaps do either one week of ADS then the next week all hanging, or one day hanging and the next ADS.

The jelqing is what I haven’t quite figured out since I”m not sure how often I should be doing it when hanging full time.

IMO this would be the ultimate routine:

Hang for a total of 1-2 hours in the morning, Wear your extender as much as possible during the day, And jelq in the evening.

I think you should hang every day, And not increase the weight as long as you are gaining with 5lbs,
Increase the time instead of the weight.

This is basically my routine, works like a charm. I gained .28 of an inch in my BPFSL last month. BPEL hasn’t shown itself yet, I’d give it about 3 weeks.


Starting stats- 5.9 BP Current stats- 7.5 BP, 5.25 EG, 8.13 BPFSL
