So I’ve been doing some religious hanging for a month now. 3 hours a day minimum. Rarely missing a day and I’ve just recently experienced a temporary loss in erect size.
I used to measure a bit over 7NBP and now it’s way less but interestingly enough my BPFSL has increased by about 0.4 inches and my flaccid too, just don’t don’t know by how much but visually I can tell.

Now I would suspect this loss in size is due to poor EQ since I can quite literally feel my erection has softened. It’s almost jelly like… well not jelly per se but softish. Negative PI, I know.
What I’m trying to say is I can’t break rocks with it like I use to :)
But seriously…
My question is, do I take a break? If so, how long do you think is necessary just to be safe? By this I mean, long enough to restore EQ but short enough to avoid strengthening.
I took a break from sex half way during this period since I noticed my EQ decreasing gradually. Now it’s just ridiculous and so I can’t even measure proper BPEL gains or losses for that matter.

Also any other advice from people who’ve experienced this temporary loss/softening?
Should I be worried?

Hanging progress.......... Difficult takes a day, impossible takes a week.

Other members (no pun intended) have picked up on their routine as soon as erection quantity was increased. I’ve used this PI as an indication that I’m ready for action.
