Simple Hanger

Take a sweat band for your wrist.
Punch a hole through the bottom and thread a carribeener through it.
Put the sweat band over your shaft and fasten it with a clamp.
Attach a weight to the carribeener.

Simple, cheap, works well.

Welcome to the forum. What about crushing the dorsal nerve without any side support on the shaft?

Just wondering, I am no expert but have certainly heard enough talk around here about it.
