You need to wrap. for serious hanging without skin soreness.
To do so you need two stripes of soft cotton you’ll easily obtain from cutting them from the bottom of an old Shirt and the must be about 1/2” x 20”. Then you need three dish washing gloves, from the bottom of which you are to cut 3 stripes that you’ll cut and paste in a third plastic stripe (use super glue).
Wash the before wrapping as they always have some sort of powder in the internal side (which is the side you will see once wrapped.
At this point you need to prepare three little rolls of cotton (not to smoke ;-) and start wrapping with the first cotton stripe, in this way:
Grab your glans and stretch it lightly (if you are uncut do so with your foreskin covering the glans)
at least one inch before the shaft insert in the glans, wrap the first stripe by unrolling on itself horizontally.
Tape it
Try to do a light stretch pulling on that circular area of cotton and see if you have a good hold.
That given, starting from about 1/2” above the first wrap (closer to glans) roll down in a spiral way,
tape it
Now apply the plastic wrap over it spiraling down the same way making sure the plastic ha a minimum tension to adhere but not too much,
tape that too.
Now you are ready to apply the hanger, remembering that it only needs not to slip over the wrap, the real grip is on penis is given by the wrap itself.
The hanger must be positioned closer to your body than the first wrap, and will not need to be tight, just that much needed for it not to slip on the wrapping.
Do so one million time.
there are several tutorial about it, but I believe I gave you a decent start point.
Last but not least: a perfect wrap is neither tight neither loose, but if it is too tight it still functions for 25 or 20 minutes, if it is too loose, you might suddenly find yourself with your weights breaking your feet. So check tightens until you are sure. Start with light weight and screws and increase both progressively (even in every session).
Read hanging 101 and start with one pound 15 minutes in the morning and the same at night go up one pond as you feel you can without pain whatsoever, when you get some scale down to the previous weight. Once yo feel comfortable with weights around 10 pounds, quit increasing the weight and try increasing the time. Take one or two day brake if you need.
Welcome aboard!
