Start at 2.5 lbs…. 5lbs is too much (of course we’re all different).
Stick with the light weights as LONG as possible and try to hit every angle as much as possible (SD, BTC, SO are the 3 that I use)

6 month hanging update! (1.125” length gain!)
Check it out. I have details of my routine. I have gained 1.125 inches in 6 months.
In my experience, if you want to see gains. You must hang almost *everyday*
ALSO: Never work on girth if you’re working on length. LENGTH FIRST then girth. (Easier to stretch a thin rubber band than a thick one)
