6 month hanging update! (1.125" length gain!)

I just want to give everyone my 6 month hanging update.
I have successfully gained 1.125 inches (+/- 1.0 mm) in 6 months!

I AM NOW IN THE 7” CLUB!! I never would have imagined.

4/1/2019 - 5.875” BPEL
10/1/2019 - 7.000” BPEL (+/- 1.0 mm)

I can’t believe this worked… I mean I was the most skeptical person in the forums before I started. But I told myself I have nothing to lose but only to literally gain.



I hang pretty much everyday 10 hours/week - SD, BTC, and SO. Some days I miss here and there but I think a little break here and there won’t hurt.
I do 20min X 3 sets for a total of one hour per session.
After every session, I taper off my exercise with smaller weights for one set.
For example:
20 minutes: 5.0 lbs
20 minutes: 5.0 lbs
20 minutes: 5.0 lbs
20 minutes: 2.5 lbs for 10 minutes then 1.25lbs for 10 minutes

Months 1-4: I hanged with 2.5lbs. Only SD, BTC. This is where I saw the most gains in such a short period of time with just 2.5lbs
Months 5-6: I am currently hanging with 5.0 lbs and will stay this weight until I 100% plateaued. I do SD, BTC, and SO

The first 4 months is where I saw the fastest and most gains. 0.7-0.8 inches
Months 5 and 6 I gained about 0.2-0.3 inches



My end goal is to get close to 8” and then work on girth using a pump


I have logged everything, so if anyone who wants to use my guide, give it a try. Of course everyone’s different so doing it your own way is the best way…but here’s what’s worked for me:

3/13-3/18 (Used pump for 2 weeks and stopped. Never work on girth and length at the same time. Length first then girth)

I have 2 questions.

1) Which hanger do you use.

2) Did you do any P.E prior to hanging?

1. I made my own hanger. It’s very simple…no special wrap technique or anything. I just use thick pipe insulation as a cushion…of course I have to replace it once a week but it’s very cheap to buy (home depot)

2. I did no P.E. prior to hanging. I know a lot of people recommend the newbie routine but I was too impatient and felt hanging is the best method for length. So I started hanging with 2.5lbs right away

Nope. No warm ups. I just start hanging right away. I do “warm down” though with lighter and lighter weights. I feel this helps with the immediate retraction (turtling) from using heavier weights. Also I split my sets (once in the evening and once in the morning IF possible) … so I pretty much hang every 12-24 hours to prevent turtling

Very cheap. You can buy 6ft of this tube insulation for 2-3$ at Lowes or Home Depot. It’s the best thing I could come up with

GokusPecs, please, before you started what did you exactly do? Could you please explain it into details to me? I would appreciate it a lot! I would like to start PE, tried the newbie routine but jelqing is so difficult.. My penis doesn’t want to work along.

Before you started, where did you look for information? What did you exactly do? I read your topic but honestly, I don’t even know what a hanger etc is, lol. Where did you find all of the useful information that helped you to get your gains? So information about a hanger, what it is, how to use it, how to create one yourself (like yours), where did you get your materials from?

No problem. I was in the same shoes as you. I never did the newbie routine or any other routine. Just hanging.

Here is what my typical week looks like: (example)
Day 1: 1 hour of hanging at morning & 1 hour hanging at night = 2 hours
Day 2: 1 hour of hanging at morning & 1 hour hanging at night = 2 hours
Day 3: 1 hour hanging (morning or night)
Day 4: 1 hour of hanging at morning & 1 hour hanging at night = 2 hours
Day 5: 1 hour of hanging
Day 6: 1 hour of hanging at morning & 1 hour hanging at night = 2 hours
Day 7: 1 hour hanging
Add up all the hours = 11 hours



Let’s break it down to a session….
-Hang for 20 minutes
(5 minute break)
-Hang for 20 minutes
(5 minute break)
-Hang for 20 minutes
(5 minute break)
Add up the sets = 1 hour

I mix it up…Some days 2 hours.. Some days 1 hour. As long as I can make it to 10 hours total for the week… Of course you can do more but NEVER less than 10 hours. Sometimes I get lazy and do 9 hours at the very least. Sometimes I skip a day…but I always make up for missed time. It’s random. But always remember: try to hang *EVERYDAY* to keep your penis at a [stretched state] . You can’t do 10 hours 1 day and call it a week because you must not give your penis time to heal, because then when your penis heals, it becomes even more solidified and tougher making it harder to make gains. To avoid this, you must hang almost everyday.

You must also mix up the angles you hang….for example I started off hanging SD (straight down) where your penis hangs straight down. There are also angles like Between the cheeks (BTC) and Straight out (SO). These are the 3 angles that I use and it’s worked for me.

Remember to start off with light weights (1 lbs, 2.5lbs) until you see no more gains. Then slowly move up the weight. I started off with 2.5lbs and it took me 4 months before I slowly moved up to 5 lbs. I had tremendous growth with just 2.5lbs until I begin to plateau. Stay with the light weights as long as possible. DO NOT START WITH HEAVY WEIGHT.

I found all the useful information from this website, Thundersplace. At the homepage you will see a bunch of links to the forums, click on "Penis Hangers" — I learned a lot from other people’s experience.

Also https://www.bibhanger.com explains a lot too. Bib is the guy who invented the bib hanger and he’s considered like the Godfather in these forums from what I understand. You can order his hanger or you can make one of your own
