No newbie routine, straight into hanging with no warmup and gained congrats mate. I did the newbie routine gained zero think I’m gonna give this ago, really motivating thread , have you lost any gains with the time off due to the injury.

Any updates in progress? Amazing gains man!

4/1/2019 - 5.875” BPEL

I can’t believe this worked.. I mean I was the most skeptical person in the forums before I started. But I told myself I have nothing to lose but only to literally gain.



I hang pretty much everyday 10 hours/week - SD, BTC, and SO. Some days I miss here and there but I think a little break here and there won’t hurt.
I do 20min X 3 sets for a total of one hour per session.
After every session, I taper off my exercise with smaller weights for one set.
For example:
20 minutes: 5.0 lbs
20 minutes: 5.0 lbs
20 minutes: 5.0 lbs
20 minutes: 2.5 lbs for 10 minutes then 1.25lbs for 10 minutes

Months 1-4: I hanged with 2.5lbs. Only SD, BTC. This is where I saw the most gains in such a short period of time with just 2.5lbs
Months 5-6: I am currently hanging with 5.0 lbs and will stay this weight until I 100% plateaued. I do SD, BTC, and SO

The first 4 months is where I saw the fastest and most gains. 0.7-0.8 inches
Months 5 and 6 I gained about 0.2-0.3 inches



My end goal is to get close to 8” and then work on girth using a pump


I have logged everything, so if anyone who wants to use my guide, give it a try. Of course everyone’s different so doing it your own way is the best way.. But here’s what’s worked for me:

3/13-3/18 (Used pump for 2 weeks and stopped. Never work on girth and length at the same time. Length first then girth)

This may be a dumb question but how do you hang BTC and how would you hang SO as well?? Your results are awesome btw. I aim 1 month in to the journey and looking to add to around month 3 once I’m more condition.

That’s very interesting. I have been doing basically a scaled up version of the newbie routine for weeks now, and I have gained in both length and girth. 5 min warmup, 10 min stretching, 300 3 sec high intensity jelqs, 5 min warm down. Exercise days are Mon Tue, Thu Fri. That’s it. I’m sure everyone is different, but I seem to be gaining in both areas at the same time.

Gokus hasn’t been here for 1.5 years.


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.
