Starting Hanging - What To Expect?

I started with the newbie routine and some extra stretching a couple of months back. My starting goal is simply to gain length first. I can work on jelqing and girth later.

While everyone is different, I’m wondering what I can expect from hanging within the first few months - I’m planning on following the 12-week routine outlined in the Hanging 101 thread. What gains did you all experience within the first 12 weeks (3 months)?


Starting Stats - BPEL 6.5", MEG 5.2"

[Accomplished] Short-Term Goal - BPEL 7.5", MEG 5.2"

Final Goal - BPEL 8", MEG 5.5"

Expect it to feel like it is doing something when you are hanging and then to feel like it just snaps back like an elastic band to it’s original length 1/2 an hour later :laugh: At least, that has been my experience and I’ve hung up to 6kg in the past. Hopefully there will be others along with more encouraging experiences to share with you :)


Current Stats NBPEL 6.5" (maximum erection) BPEL 7" (maximum erection) MSEG 5.2" BSEG 5.3" NBPFSL 7" BPFSL 7.2"

Goal (Let's just call it 8x6, eh?)

I’ve been trying different ways of hanging since I started. One thing I would say to expect is expect some trial and error in your hanging set-up. And just try to have some patience for that part of the process.
