What to expect from hanging

Hi,

I’ve just recently joined this forum.I think,it’s a great place where people really indulge in a sharing of the honest information a bout PE.

I purchased a Bib Starter hanger from the Bib’s website. I had an X4 Labs penis extender and it didn’t work out for me (3 months,3-4 hours of stretching every day, didn’t see any results).

I’ve been doing the PEing(Bib hanging) for about 3 weeks.

My regime is:

-5-10 mins warm-up between each session;

- 4 sets with 20 mins each/ every day.

- I started with 5 lb (have been doing it for 3 weeks already, one more week and I’ll switch to 7 lb )

I would like to ask the guys,who have experience with hanging a couple of Q’s :

1) Is hanging itself (like mine) is enough to achieve good results?

2) If yes, how soon I should notice the change in size ?

I appreciate your advice.

Hanging is a very time consuming sport, the more time you put in the better and faster results you should get. I had to hang at least 10 hours a week to get results, hanging is one of those more is better PE exercises.

Make sure you’re extremely consistent—don’t miss a day. If you follow Bib’s philosophy, it means you don’t do rest days (maybe just days where you do less sets, or days where you switch angles so you can heal at your primary attack angle).

Just make sure you make increases slowly, & controlled. Avoid increasing the number of sets & weight at the same time.

1)Is it Enough:
My favorite aspect of hanging is that it’s extremely controlled. If you find the gains plateau, change your weight or your angle. You’ll have to go by feel on this. Just make sure you’re getting fatigue & being consistent & there’s no reasons why the gains shouldn’t come. In other words, when it’s not enough, just change your approach (add weight, add sets, change angles—but not all at once ;) )

2)When To Expect Gains:
Give yourself at least 2 months—this is how long it normally takes before you can do enough sets/ weight to make a good impact.

Some people don’t see gains until they hang 10lbs or more.

I had some decent gains during my first 2 months of hanging—but I was surprised as well. The weight I was using was quite low… (only 6lbs at most during that time).

I need help because my swim cap hanger just keeps sliding off! What can I do to stop it from sliding off?

Use proper wrapping & proper hanging technique, along with a well made hanger & slippage is not a problem. If you can’t handle the attachment point stress// tightness required for the weight you’re doing, lower the weight until you can handle the attachment point stress. First & foremost, make sure you’re using proper technique.

Make sure you carefully read all instructions & view the pictures on this forum, and make sure you follow every step in order to get a good wrap/ good hanger settings. Once you’re sure you’re properly following all instructions, if you still find you have trouble, come back to the forum & I’m sure people will be more than willing to help.

I’ve heard very few guys able to make a swim cap going work. Maybe you should try another kind of hanger, tripled.

To be honest, that’s the first time I think I’ve even heard about a swim cap hanger—and I thought I had already read every major hanging thread on this forum… It must not be too popular.

I think the swimcap hanger is what modern day hanging started with. Not a recommended way of hanging though.

Looks like it was way back in 2003. I guess no one uses the method anymore.

Based on the picture it looked like someone could easily wrap it wrong allowing a lot of the weight to pull directly on the glans.

Somebody recommended this and I publicized it, but it wasn’t the first as far as I know. I tried it (and a bunch of other stuff) after deciding there HAD TO BE something better than the latex-tube noose hanger.
