Take A Poll - How Much Weight Do You Use?

I have started hanging in the last couple months for about 20-30 min sets. I’m currently using 11 lbs and I’m curious how much weight everyone else is using. Let me know!

I only occasionally hang and only use 5 lbs. If I had a better attachment, I’d probably go for a little more.

I just started. I did a few days of warm ups but I’m up to 4 sets of 15 minutes (not going to add time at least not anytime soon) at 2lbs 2oz. I am going to increase 1oz every day I hang is the plan. That gets me up to 7lbs 7oz by end of march if I’m 6 days on 1 day off.

3.5kg max so thats about 8lbs, keeping it light.


Started BPFSL: 7.2"; BPEL: 7.25"; MSEG: 5.13"; BEG: 5"

Current BPFSL: 8.625"; BPEL: 8.0"; HEG: 5.375"; MSEG: 5.25"; BEG: 5"

Initial Goal : 9 x 6

I built up over three months to 13 lbs before privacy became an issue


Start 11/09 BPEL: 5.5", EG: 4.4"

Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"

I’m doing a length and girth combined routine but mainly focusing on length.

I’m having great results with 1.5 - 2 lbs for an hour or two a day along with wearing 6oz as an ADS.

But then again I’m also experimenting chemically.


5/14 - 5.5"BPEL, 4.5"MEG

Current - 7.5"BPEL, 5.25"MEG

I do 2 sets at 15lbs for 10mins each. Then no weight 2.25 tube 25 mins then a 2” X 2.75 for 10 mins gives a large head and fat wide look to the penis all day.

Never really went past 6lbs, currently hanging with it now too. Current bpfsl is 9.75” started with 6” over a decade ago. Every time I come back to hanging I gain length, just it just takes a bit of time.


09-01-07= 6" Bpel & 4.5"

01-10-20 = 8&1/4" x 6"

Currently hanging at 7.5lbs 1-2 hours a day. Really have no plans to go beyond 10lbs. Also wear ads pretty much all the time.

My best is 40 lbs for a set of 20 minutes using the bib starter. It hurt a lot because either a) the hanger hurts at high/most weights or b) I can’t figure out how to use the hanger. I quit hanging because of this. Otherwise I’d be in the 50’s and up by now. Starting up again.

Why so much weight?

Because I get faster gains this way. Heavy weight brings gains and also lets you hang for more total time with less weight ( but still more weight than before). Also it stimulates my body more and I do not have the patience to hang for a long time while always reapplying the hanger.

Starting (07/15/20): BPEL 6.5” BPFSL 6.5” MSEG 4.75” BEG 4.75” BPFL 4.5”

Current (10/27/20): BPEL 7.0” BPFSL 7.5” MSEG 5.0”+ BEG 5.25” BPFL 5.25-5.75”

Goal: BPEL 7.5” MSEG 5.5” BEG 6.0” BPFL 6.5”

Currently hanging 15lbs for 30 min then backing down to 12.5lbs for 30-60 minutes. Using an LG Hanger.


Current: BPEL - 9.75, MSEG - 6.3

Started first week of Jan 21 with 12 oz.
Wrapped up this week with 30 oz.
Next week plan is 36 oz.

Using a Captains wench I built that limits me to 6x10min sets.


BPEL: 5.5" --> 7.9" ; BPFSL: ~5.6" --> 8.5"
