The final answer to HUGE length gains!!!

I am sure this has been talked about a lot, but I think people like Monty have been focusing on this theory.

I was thinking that the most effective way in time and abuse to your “unit” for length gains seems to be hanging, then using an ADS to help the micro-tears that you have caused by hanging to heal in there longest state. It seems so simple its scary.. I will use this theory in my efforts to attain a HUGE PENIS!!

I will hang for 3 20min. sessions w/ as much weight as I feel comfortable with, then wear my PM for about 4-5hrs. a day(maybe more if time permits). This is gonna be my complete routine for the next month. I will keep you guys up to date on the progress,or lack there of.

I just need my new TPS hanger to come in,cause my bib hanger that I made is too small in dia. for my girth.

I dont want to throw the kitchen sink at it,then I will have no idea whats working, but I do feel that hanging w/o the ADS will give me a lot less in return.. I know I`m a newbie,but thinking outside the box isnt too bad. Maybe its in the box, but its all new to me. :spin2: :spin2: :spin2:

Thats actually my train of thought. Im gonna start hanging (very light weight because im a newbie) and then using Monty’s weights throughout the day. I really think this will help me gain a good deal of length.

Im going this route because I truly think its the most effective and also because manual stretching is to cumbersome for me. Plus manual stretching leaves the edge of my glands very dry and almost scab-like.

I have a question for the more experience hangers. Does hanging condition your penis for more intense girth work as well? I ask because I eventually want to start clamping for girth and I was hoping that hanging would help condition my dick for the pressures of clamping. If not I guess i’ll have to do alot of jelqing to condition it. I will be doing jelqing anyway, but if hanging conditions for clamping then I could possibly do a little less jelqing. Thanks!

What a title! I was hoping there would be a cream I could apply, or pill I could take. You mean I have to actually work at growing my penis? Damn.

Seriously though, I agree with your assessment.. that’s exactly what I’ve done; hang, then immediately wear an extending device - in my case a traction wrap. I’ve been doing this off and on for a couple of years and I’ve grown nearly 2 inches.

Yeah, if I had anywhere near the gains that Monty has had in 14 months, I would be done, then I can move onto the next goal in my life! I dont mind putting effort into this, and I know its gonna take time, but I dont want to be putting the next 5 yrs. of my life into this. I want to get started and GET-ER-DONE!

Just to shed some light, there isn’t a “final answer” to PE. What works for you might not work for someone else. This might not even work for you. So don’t become over anxious. I don’t want to see you or anyone else get hurt or depressed when 2 inches doesn’t come overnight.

Good point XL. I’m almost at the 2” mark and it’s taken me 2 long, hard (pun intended) years of constant work to get it. I need to sit down one day and figure up the total number of hours I’ve put into this so far… I bet the number is quite large.

The only thing I’ve ever used for extending devices has been my Thera-P wrist strap, or the self-adhesive ace bandage wrap thingy. I’m not sure an actual “device” could do a lot more that either of those two items, and they are cheap and very easy to wear.

Im doing the same thing.

Then, when I reach the 8 inches NBP mark, I will go on a maintenance routine for length, and start clamping. Im doing some clamping already but nothing real, just for maintening.

Hanging does not condition you for girth work. Not in the least. I suggest at least 2-3 months of jelqing before doing any clamping. You might find that the jelqing is enough—I did.

I happen to be lucky and as I have said have gained 2 inches in about 6 months time using only manual stretching and hanging primarely. Now my length gains are starting to slow down so I am having to resort to expiermenting with new techniques and targeting the tunica with double fulcrum stretchs, A-Stretchs, OTS and OTL as hard as I can. One cool trick that worked the other night which I figured out by accident is if you hang a certain way for OTS and OTL and you do a bunch of consecutive sets for some reason my ligs all got fatigued as well as the outer and inner shaft and then I went on to jsut do a A-Stretch afterwords and then I knew the true power of the A-Stretch my ligs were aching badly afterwords for all night along with my entire shaft but not as bad as the ligs, it rocked! I think I’ll ouviosuly get some gains from that, but the point to all this is MagnumXL is correct, I awalys in my head think “shit, I might have just figured out the ultimate wya to get length gains in PE!” and then I find it’s not the perfect solution and I think it over in my head and I realize other people in different situtations with there penis would not exactly probaly gain at there stage where I;m at in my own way. I think I’m going to start jelqing every couple weeks for a couple days of intense jelqing jsut to get my blood flow in my glans and shaft back up. I can till hanging for a long time and manual stretching will take there tolls on penis blood flow health…

I say “The final answer to HUGE length gains” with a little bit of sarcasm. I am sure there is no one way to get it done. This is just an approch that “I” am gonna take. With the title of the thread, I was just trying to get some discussion going, to help me along.

No. I’d say everyone tries everything around here, whatever they feel will work for them for girth or length gains. Whether that be penis pills to give a little extra blood flow for PE, Pumping, ADS, ADH, Hanging, Manual Stretching, Girth Excersizes, Clamping, Wrapping, Devices, whatever… This is the best place to be if you take time to learn the way this site works and dig deep into the site and study the years worth of posts from many great people who have and do PE seriosuly and gained in many different ways. Take a look with the search feature.
