The final answer to HUGE length gains!!!
I am sure this has been talked about a lot, but I think people like Monty have been focusing on this theory.
I was thinking that the most effective way in time and abuse to your “unit” for length gains seems to be hanging, then using an ADS to help the micro-tears that you have caused by hanging to heal in there longest state. It seems so simple its scary.. I will use this theory in my efforts to attain a HUGE PENIS!!
I will hang for 3 20min. sessions w/ as much weight as I feel comfortable with, then wear my PM for about 4-5hrs. a day(maybe more if time permits). This is gonna be my complete routine for the next month. I will keep you guys up to date on the progress,or lack there of.
I just need my new TPS hanger to come in,cause my bib hanger that I made is too small in dia. for my girth.
I dont want to throw the kitchen sink at it,then I will have no idea whats working, but I do feel that hanging w/o the ADS will give me a lot less in return.. I know I`m a newbie,but thinking outside the box isnt too bad. Maybe its in the box, but its all new to me. :spin2: :spin2: :spin2:
