Traction Wrap Every Day

I am experimenting with traction wrap, and am quickly becoming a fan. I have messed with it for a couple of months, but am now considering a bold new move.

I am considering remaining in traction throughout waking hours, approx 12 hours per day or so, with several breaks between in order to relieve the bladder (I can still pee with traction, but cannot 100% empty), as well as promote circulation. I check for coldness and all that, so let’s assume I am not doing obvious damage to Mr. Diesel.

I was planning to only trac on my working days, this week being MWF and maybe that will be my schedule for a while. Then I got to thinking — why not wear it every day, 12 hours per day, sort of treat it as if it were an injury.

Of course I will watch PI and check throughout the day, but I can’t think of a terrible consequence to simply applying a comfortable wrap on a daily basis.

Anyone see shit in my fudge?

Answered my own question. Nope. Too much time for too little gain. I am better off focusing on other activities during rest days. May even lay off Thunders except during on days.

I’d like to try the same thing to improve my flaccid. My flaccid is pathetic at 3 inches. Let me know if you see any improvements in your flaccid.

I think it helps with flaccid but is a lot of work. Similar to ADS. I decided to stick with manual stretches because of the time benefit ratio. Not a lot of time, lots of benefit. Still, try the wrap. I still do it about once a week. It feels good just make sure you get the compression dialed in right.
