Under the desk hang

Well I hooked up an eye hook under my desk for hanging, and lemme tell you, it works great :) Thanks to whoever thought up that one.

I just put a hook under my desk at home. How much weight are you using? I’am starting at 10 lbs.

Well I started at 7.5. After almost 2 weeks of that I moved to 10 lbs. Just “felt” like it was getting to be too easy at 7.5. At 10lbs im feeling a pretty good stretch right now so will probably stay there until I am totally comfortable with going up some more. I think eveyone is different though and you should go by how it feels for you, and what you are comfortable with.

chuckyup, do you mean attached to the underside of the desk or a pulley wheel secured to the wall behind your desk?

Just a simple eye hook, thats screwed into the underside of the desk.

I use an actual pulley to reduce stickage and friction, but an eye hook would work, too.

I am not sure my desk would be able to take too much weight and movement before the eye hook or pulley screws got pulled out.

I guess you are hanging straight out with this set up.
