Yeah, he’s in Arcadia, Ca. It’s a 3 to 5 day workshop. He teaches you according to your level of understanding of the principles.

You could just learn the basics, which will keep you busy for a couple of years, and go once or twice a year for further learning. I don’t know what current costs are. Just contact them through his site:

Anyway, there’s a question in my mind, a little off topic though: My balls are not quite symmetrical, the right one is twice the size of the left. I wonder if Master Tu has any comments about that kind of situation? I haven’t seen anything about it in Mantak Chia’s books, or anywhere else. It is bugging my mind a little.

That’s quite normal to have one larger than the other or one that hangs lower. The reason for which is to prevent them from squishing together when you close you legs.

It’s normal for one to hang lower than the other, but I think it’s unusual for one to be twice as big as the other. Might not be any sort of problem, but I don’t think it’s common (I’m sure it’s common for one to be slightly larger than the other, but not twice as large…)

Kaan, you may want to get that checked out, if you haven’t already. As others have said, the body is slightly asymmetrical. Your left side never quite matches the right. This tends to be more pronounced in some people than others, and scientists speculate it may have to do with stress the fetus may have been under in utero.

With that said, get it looked at. Always good to know what’s going on with your boys:)

Hey, one more question if you don’t mind, LBM—I’m wondering what exactly you mean by “my balls have muscles.” For me there is a noticeable increase in strength in the muscles which attach to the balls (maybe the lower end of the fascia) and the scrotum itself does look a little different—maybe a little more veiny and maybe slightly thicker scrotal skin, but I’m not sure this is the same thing you’re talking about. Could you describe more in detail what you mean by “my balls have muscles”? Thanks.

The conversations we have on this site LOL. Basically what you said. The veins are bigger, more pronounced. The scrotal skin is definitely thicker & tougher (it has to be). When they swell up, they’re definitely bigger. As a matter of fact, my flaccid looks more and more like my semi-erect state. I’m now swinging 5 lbs., balls only. You don’t build up to higher than 10 lbs. On just the balls (I guess so they’re not dragging behind you as you walk LOL).

I actually learned this back in ‘09, but I got over enthusiastic and pulled a ligament in the inguinal fold. It wasn’t a major pull, but I stopped until sept ‘10 to make sure it healed. I’ve been consistent since nov ‘10. Now I only move up a max of 1.25lb. Monthly to give the ligaments, fascia, nerves, etc. Time to adapt. I also now have a high quality Dit Da Jow formula I use on any sore areas, which are few and far between now that I take my time. Even being this conservative, I’m on track to swing 20lbs. And lift between 70 to 100lbs. By year’s end. Slow and steady wins the race.

Besides, it’s not a weightlifting contest. The qi that rises up your back tends to give you a major rush and sense of power, so you want to lift more. It gets very addictive, which I’m now very mindful of. It’s another reason for the meditations, to cool you down and balance you out, both physically and psychologically.

The fascial system is definitely a major part of why this works. Lots of amazing info on the web about it.

Page 206 of the amazing book The Art of Shen Ku, has this advice: “MEN ONLY - (A certain pop star has the right idea) put your hand in your pocket & maintain your interest in sex well into old age by a) Squeezing your balls once for every year of age (once a day [this is an ancient Japanese technique]) - b) Press CV.1 (between anus and genitals) to stimulate sex glands) works for women too [press 3 X 10 sec.]).

For a month or so, I’ve been doing this every morning before getting out of bed. I’ve also switched to just boxer shorts. I swear those mothers (not the boxer shorts) have gotten bigger and heavier. Nice feeling - reminds me of when my dick became visible in jeans for the first time a couple months into PE.
