Using AutoADS as a hanger?

I was just wondering if this is a safe way to hang without having to buy or make a hanger? AI have been doing it for a couple days with light weight and seems to work ok, but is it safe?

I would think that the AutoADS would be fine as a hanger, but I seriously doubt it could hold much weight. I would think 5 lbs tops.
