Vacuum Hanging Pain In Glans
Hi, I had thought I had retired from PE, the reason being that I had a period of unemployment where I was able to hang using a vacuum hanger for over a year but I did not make any gains.
Then I found myself typing something related into the Reddit search bar and was reminded of the amazing world of PE! So instead of asking something potentially embarrassing on Reddit, I decided to come back to the home of PE.
I recall last time, heat was suggested but was tricky to implement. Not only that, but I also had really bad pain at the opening of my glans, yes I did use micropore tape but I still got it at the heavier weights, 5kg plus.
I think I maxed out at 6kg in the end, but the pain became unbearable.
I wrapped so many layers of tape around my glans but it was as though the pressure was pulling my dick from the opening and making the insides come out slightly. A really sharp unpleasant pain after about 5 minutes.
To top it off, my vacuum hanging career ended with a nasty injury from the bit that connects the foreskin to the glans getting inflamed and also discoloration on the glans itself, which has now thankfully healed up, after over a year.
I am thinking to make a return to PE, with either compression hanging big weights to really force the muscle to stretch, or use an extender or a pump.
These are all devices I haven’t used before. If you have a recommendation out of those three, I would certainly like to hear it!
I plan to scour these forums as well to get up to date on the latest equipment.
Also, heat was recommended a lot, in the form of an IR lamp, would it be worth buying such a lamp just to assist with manual stretches for now?
