Hi, I had thought I had retired from PE, the reason being that I had a period of unemployment where I was able to hang using a vacuum hanger for over a year but I did not make any gains.

Then I found myself typing something related into the Reddit search bar and was reminded of the amazing world of PE! So instead of asking something potentially embarrassing on Reddit, I decided to come back to the home of PE.

I recall last time, heat was suggested but was tricky to implement. Not only that, but I also had really bad pain at the opening of my glans, yes I did use micropore tape but I still got it at the heavier weights, 5kg plus.

I think I maxed out at 6kg in the end, but the pain became unbearable.

I wrapped so many layers of tape around my glans but it was as though the pressure was pulling my dick from the opening and making the insides come out slightly. A really sharp unpleasant pain after about 5 minutes.

To top it off, my vacuum hanging career ended with a nasty injury from the bit that connects the foreskin to the glans getting inflamed and also discoloration on the glans itself, which has now thankfully healed up, after over a year.

I am thinking to make a return to PE, with either compression hanging big weights to really force the muscle to stretch, or use an extender or a pump.

These are all devices I haven’t used before. If you have a recommendation out of those three, I would certainly like to hear it!

I plan to scour these forums as well to get up to date on the latest equipment.

Also, heat was recommended a lot, in the form of an IR lamp, would it be worth buying such a lamp just to assist with manual stretches for now?

A lot of guys use heat lamps for their PE work. Titleist and Thoughtfulgold promoted it a frequently. "NIR" and "FIR" are the New Hotness, but a plain old heat lamp will still do the job,

Pain in glans and even below is coming n if not conditioned or lack the f bloodflow to upper shaft, from compression hanging is done, or both.

Never pump before compression hanging.

After compression hanging, use a pump for 10 mins, it’ll cause opposite effect of blood out of glans and cause vac hanger to grip glans more efficient.

Try the water method in the vacum cap. It was a game changer for me. I’m currently hanging at 1hour and 20 mintues. Going for 2 hours continuous. Then break and I’ll do another hour this afternoon.

Thanks for the advice, lads. Unfortunately I threw my vacuum kit away as I thought after my injury I wouldn’t ever use vacuum again!

I think I will use heat and manual stretches for now and then when I go back to study for a year I will buy a vacuum kit again to use along with the heat.

Midatlantic, yes, the water method was something I read about on Reddit, so annoyed that I threw my vacuum kit away!

Otherwise I could have tried it straight away.

I think I would try an extender (noose or vacuum cup) for a while… just a few hours a day to get the penis used to being stretched, so it becomes more adaptable to other exercises. Then after about 6 months, start adding hanging again and hopefully you’ll get better results 💪.

Now: BPEL 8.4" MSEG 5.5"

Goal: BPEL 9.0" MSEG 6.0"

I bought an extender from eBay years ago and I just couldn’t get it assembled correctly. Wasted about £20! The one thing I like about hanging is that theoretically it is stretching the muscle. With the extender it doesn’t look like enough pressure to stretch the muscle.

For me, CORKSCREW is a must buy equipment
I often wear this equipment to the seaside fishing after a period of time to adapt
you can increase the intensity
you can wear this equipment to run in the morning (Big hip hop pants are great for covering up)
Weight bearing rings can also be added (Hollow thick wall iron + resin (customized) = weight ring)
Wear a weight ring first sandpaper or add a sponge to protect skin if cut
Then wear CORKSCREW CORKSCREW need to be cut short to wear Because add weight ring

D’ohh! Lol. An extender will definitely stretch your penis… you just need to set it at around your BPFSL (or a tiny bit more). And the good thing about them is you can just put it on whenever you’re sat down a while and work/watch TV/play games etc., as normal 😁.
