How to treat cracked glans skin due to vacuum hanging?

I started vacuum hanging again two weeks ago. I tape my glass entirely. I noticed some cracks on my glans skin as shown in the attached pictures. Usually, after something like one hour of hanging, I feel like the tip of my glans is being pinched, but it is not painful or anything. It also looks like there’s more cracks in this area. Is this normal? How can I treat it?

Vitamin E oil will do great.

Yep, I get that even with low tension. I use a mixture of shea butter, hyaluronic acid, 1% hydrocortisone cream, and whatever else I throw in each time I make a batch.

Cocoa butter works just fine too, except it stays greasy while shea butter will be absorbed.

You want real cocoa or shea butter, sometimes sold as “raw”, usually from small specialty vendors. Almost everything name-brand is petroleum jelly, baby oil, fragrances, and maybe a whiff of the actual butter.

Plain old Vaseline will work okay, if you don’t mind the mess.
