Warm-up wrap before Bib hanging . . . .

I’m a newbie to the Bib hanger and tried a warm-up wrap for the first time and wow what a difference in the hang. It was painless, more comfortable and I believe more effective.

When I take off the hanger after 20 mins my dick looks all squashed and pink. Is the squshed shape ok, or am I doing something wrong?

uhhh…. How long is it staying squashed? Of course the hanger deforms it, but full blood flow should return within a couple minutes of removal, returning the penis to its normal shape. I’ve found that mine actually engorges a bit post-hanging — it gets a little thicker, temporarily.

Twenty minutes is way too long per session for a newbie, in my view. Try two sets of ten minutes each hanging day for the first week, with a good ten minute break between the sets. Be careful!

It goes back to normal in a few moments and yes, seems engorged for awhile. The warm-up really helps though. Glad I started doing that. Will think of shortening hang times although I’m not having any soreness or pain, so far. Let’s hope all goes well… .

Yes, that sounds totally normal then. If you experience no problems, the 20 minutes is fine, I guess. But stick with whatever amount of time and weight you are comfortably using for at least a week before adding more time or weight. I’m new to this, also, and I’m heeding the advice of the vets to move up slowly.
