I know penis is not muscle, but do you cycle weights and workouts like you do in weightlifting???? It would seem the right way since simple progressive resistance(increasing weight gradually) is not enough in the long run.

Hanging is probably the very best PE method for gaining length.

I gained 4.5 inches erect length, only from hanging. You might read some more in this section and in the results forum for more information.

Other than possibly some of the puntuation type routines, hanging for extended periods is what provides the gains. It has nothing in common with weightlifting. Hanging is traction, allowing time and stress to provide gains. If one were to reach a point where significant gains were not forthcoming from significant time and stress, an extended rest to let the tissues atrophy might be in order.

Dong, you dredged up an 18 year old post, which is about the last time Bib was here.


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.
